No Death for Us

Good Friday is here and Easter is upon us. Regardless of the religious or spiritual path you have taken, there are lessons for all of us from the Easter story. God was sending all of us lessons about life and death those many years ago. There is eternal life. There is no death.

This is hard to grasp because in this dimension, people appear to “die” and they seem to “disappear”. This does not however mean that people do actually “die”, pass into nothingness and cease to exist. They simply change dimensions. Truly, this is how the plan goes.

In 2004, I was with Joao de Deus, John of God, at his spiritual healing center in Abadiania, Brazil. I had been working as a spiritual healer for approximately 10 years in varying ways. In Brazil, I was learning how to differentiate between Divine Spirits I was working with on the other side, in my healing practice. I was sitting in the current room with about 75 others in 90 plus degree weather. We were all in prayerful Silence to help raise the vibration of the healing center so others could receive the healing energy they needed.

The attendants in the current room announced that Jesus’ energy was entering the space. Suddenly, a radiant Being of immense stature, at least 9 feet tall, was directly before me. It would have been impossible to miss this because my whole body was being penetrated by the Presence.

I heard a strong and clear voice directly in front of me say, “You are never again to question that you have come to heal others.” That was it. Short and sweet. Then the radiance left from in front of me.

The words and energy enveloped my whole body and my consciousness. I began to sob uncontrollably. I knew in my heart that no one in the world could have possibly known that I was still questioning that I was here to heal. I had not even acknowledged this out loud to myself. However, in my heart, I was feeling great uncertainty about my work as a spiritual healer. Only one of immense Knowing could have possibly known this secret I was holding onto. I finally got that Jesus was alive, knew me intimately, and had a clear directive for me.

What exactly does it mean to have eternal life? At the most basic levels, it means that no one dies and fades away, we simply change states of being as we enter other dimensions of life. Imagine that everything we know about being One with God stays with us when we pass out of body. Also, there is clear evidence that when we come back into body, unresolved feelings and thoughts in our souls show up again for us to respond to. Things like fear of death, fear of failure, fear of betrayal, or shame and guilt are some of the feelings that can follow us from previous times in body. We literally get all the chances we need to let go of thoughts and feelings which separate us from God.

When I am in meditative space, deep Silence, I work with the Ascended Masters and Angels. This has been going on most days for 17 years in this lifetime. Ascended Masters are very much alive and they have all been in body many, many times. Angels and Ascended Masters are eager to work with us, support us, guide us, talk with us, help us hold Sacred Space and help us discover Peace that is beyond all understanding.

So take a leap of faith. Open your mind and heart to the possibility that there is eternal life and there is no death. The Truth is, we are really eternal. However, we can choose to embrace this or not, as we have free will about what we choose to think is true. The message of Easter is about this for all peoples.

In the Bible, we have the story of Lazarus raised from the dead and the story of Jesus raised from the dead among others. In one case, Lazarus returned to his body and was seen by many others, immediately. In Jesus’ case, he did not return to a body that other’s immediately recognized, though he was eventually recognized by those who loved him deeply. Whatever we take to be true from the scriptures, the message is that there is no death. “FEAR NOT”.

What would your life be like if you knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are eternal? Can you imagine the freedom, the license you might give yourself to really live, to love and to receive love? What if you knew that you have all the time and support you need to learn the lessons of the Oneness which are all around you? Can you imagine giving yourself another real chance to know God? After all we are One with Divine Energy, have been, and will be, for evermore. What are we waiting for, really?

This Easter story of Jesus was given to us so that we could “get” things not ordinarily experienced in this dimension. People actually saw Jesus after he died, in the flesh. Through working with the Divine Beings of the other side, I can say without a doubt that there is eternal life for every one of us. Additionally, if we seriously get our act together and hang out with Divine Love Energy in the Silence now, we will be shown how we can leave a whole load of unhelpful stuff here this time around. We will be shown how we can leave anger, loss, fear, suffering, resentment and unforgiveness here and not take it forward with us into the Light when it is our time to pass over. Further, if we set down our fear, rage, shame and guilt now, we won’t continue to attract more of this into our energy fields again. This change can begin almost immediately. This allows our souls to heal and balance.

The strong and clear message from centuries from all our prophets, messiahs, avatars, mystics, rishis and yogis is, and continues to be, “drop the dark stuff“, “get to know God better” !! The dark feelings are not real, in the sense of lasting, though charged thoughts can seem very real at times. These tough feelings are with us PRECISELY so we can clear them away and experience Peace and Balance from now into all our futures. God is all Light. We have to drop the darkness to know God personally. Fear of death is one of the most powerfully charged dark engeries, we hang onto. Take a step towards trusting that we are truly eternal.

Your own knowing about life and death will come in ways uniquely perfect for you. You have to open to that knowing however. Enter Silence, and sit with All That Is, God, the Deep Silence. That is where the mysteries of life are shared. Happy Spring.

Mitigating Debilitating Pain

Alicia was in a car accident. She was in a compact car and was hit from behind by a delivery truck. The car was crushed up to the back seat and the impact was severe.

This began a process of going to doctors for pain, tension, imbalances and eventually for psychiatric help as the pain wore on. By self report, she saw over 20 different doctors and body workers. Every week, there was at least one doctor’s appointment if not more. This went on for years before she began to think that perhaps she might be able to heal. For years, she simply accepted that the pain had to be endured and that she had to do the best she could.

She was not very familiar with prayer especially for herself. However, she considered herself a church going person. At one point in her deep pain filled days, she said out loud to God, ” I am of no use to anyone like this. I think only about myself because I have no energy to think about anyone else. I deeply want this pain to pass so that I can be more loving and present to others. Please help me. ” This began a shift in her life. She found the help she needed and she began to talk with God more personally about her own healing. Today she is pain free.

Shane had “bad knees” from athletics in college. Bad knees in this case meant he had had two arthroscopic surgeries which should have alleviated his pain and though they did help for a while, the pain returned three years after the last surgery. He was unable to play golf, walk very far, play tennis or basketball.

Over the years, he had given up all of these activities, one at a time and energetically settled into, “I have bad knees”. He had gained over 40 pounds of unwanted weight as well through his increasingly sedentary lifestyle. The surgeon had told him that he would need a knee replacement on his right knee, five years earlier. His health insurance was not going to cover a knee replacement. Further, with three kids headed to, or in college, a knee replacement was not financially possible for him.

The pain had become constant and was wearing him down energetically. He was open to trying anything. We began to pray together for the clearing of the blocked energy which was manifesting as pain and weakness in his knees. His pain subsided and he eventually picked up walking, yard work and golf again without pain.

Laurel had had two severe pain attacks in her chest, both strong enough to leave her weak and reeling on her living room couch. She had also noticed that her blood pressure was up twenty points from normal when she had her check up though she did not mention this to her doctor. Something was really not right,though. She was familiar with prayer so she took this directly to God. She asked to be told the source of the blocked energy and was shown it was blockage in two arteries. She asked what was the source of that blocked energy and she was shown the time right before one of the attacks where she had been berating herself very loudly about being a dope, stupid, incompetent, etc. She had completely forgotten that she had been ranting at herself before the attack.

In Silence, she was told that she could never do this again without serious repercussions. As she worked in meditative Silence, she asked to be led to releasing the anger she had towards herself. She was shown time and time again where she had attacked herself, berated herself, and how she readily pushed herself all the time to do, do, do and then beat herself up emotionally about time pressures. Each time she entered into Silence, she released the anger and fear of failure associated with the memories that were being given to her. Eventually when all the blocked energy was cleared, she was led to ask for healing energy for the blockage in her arteries.

One day, Laurel experienced a meditation session in which she felt Divine Energy focused directly on her heart (psychic healing). She was told to take it easy for three weeks and she did. The next blood pressure check she had was back to normal for her. It had been elevated for two years by the time all the healing was received. She has had no more pains for two years now.

Pain is an indication that something in the unseen body is manifesting as pain in the physical body. I frequently see clients with pain who have been told by doctors that nothing can be done. I know that is what is believed by these doctors but that is because they are working with physical bodies and not the whole person. Often, only Divine Presence knows what blocked energy has led us to chronic pain. We as humans are not usually able to determine how exactly we have gotten to debilitating pain. We just know we have it. I had chronic back pain for eighteen years before I took this pain to Divine Presence. I am deeply grateful that I don’t have that pain anymore.

Here are some steps to take which work.

1. Ask God/Divine Knowing or any Divine Energy Beings including Angels, Ascended Masters, Beloved Mother Mary to show you the source of the blocked energy manifesting as pain for you.

You could be shown the blocked energy through a dream, in meditation, or you might have some encounters through your day which produce anger or frustration or a sense of vulnerability. These can all be clues to YOUR BEHAVIOR which is out of balance. Pay attention and you will be shown where you are out of balance. If you don’t get the picture ask, “What is out of balance within me which is causing blocked energy in my field?” Listen in the Silence. Keep asking.

Principle – We have to understand what we are doing which is causing blocked unseen energy before our bodies can heal.

2. Clear blocked energy you are carrying from your energy field.

Call for God in the form of the Sacred Flame within, to consume the blocked energy you are carrying which is manifesting as pain. The more specific you are about the blocked energy, the more focused and therefore powerful the healing energy can be.

Principle – Blocked energy causes pain. That energy can be emotional, mental, thermal (protective), spiritual (fear) or physical. The blocked energy manifests in ways which can lead to pain in the body because the energy is being short-circuited.

3. Call for healing for the body itself . You might call for specific help through healing points of light, psychic surgery, a specific body worker or doctor to help you, or the right essential oil or homeopathic medicine for your body. All ways are used by God to bring us to healing. You can also ask for the Highest Benevolent Outcome to lead you to pain free energy.

4. Ask Divine Presence to clear all fear and anger you are carrying as result of the pain you are experiencing.

5. Give thanks for the steps you are taking to wholeness and for the support you are receiving to do this. You may have had the pain for years so give yourself time to heal.

Getting Help from God

Devon was facing a killer week of projects, papers and exams. He had 1-2 pieces due every day for 6 days with a couple of exams thrown in for good measure. Additionally, he was managing an eleven day concert tour with fourteen guys up and down the East Coast, beginning immediately after his mid-terms. He also had an eight person road trip

with friends from all over the country heading to a rural farm house directly after the concert tour and a few family commitments, including at least one birthday. To put it mildly, he was crazy stressed.

His strategy was to ask Divine Presence everyday to order his day with grace and ease to allow him to work as effectively as possible. He enthusiastically reported that he was knew without a doubt that he had been supported by Spirit because he had produced a 5 page research proposal, 2 page dance paper, an online blog post for his employer and reviewed all the technical terms for his exam in one four hour block of time . He was elated and knew Spirit had been helping him. Of course, he had called that energy to his situation. He even finished early with time to edit footnotes. He was most enthusiastic about how this had all gone.

Chester, who was his brother’s legal guardian, was feeling compelled to confront his brother with the threat of committing him because of his recent erratic behavior, due it seemed, to a lapse in taking his drugs for a mental condition. Though Chester was relatively sure his actions would provoke serious anger and blame from his brother, he felt he had no choice. Chester went ahead with the confrontation and the implied threat of legal action. This resulted in months of estrangement, tension, anger and irritation between Chester and his brother.

In a similarly charged setting, Lisette felt she needed to move to file in the county to have her 88 year old mother’s driver’s license taken away.

Every time she thought of taking these formal actions, she felt woozie and lightheaded. She realized that this was not sitting well with her though at the same time, she felt she had to move ahead because her mother was not competent to drive. In talking with Lisette, she decided to try asking for a sacred solution for her situation before she filed the legal papers. She was optimistic when she left saying that she would surely try this before moving ahead with the legal steps with the county.

There are always options of a Divine Nature which can save us untold heartache and pain, anger and blame. Try a Divine Solution first with very charged situations.

Tori was deeply concerned about her husband. He was depressed, overweight, lethargic and prone to colds and illness. Her husband, Bim, was not open to prayer or to Tori’s comments, “designed to help”. She was very frustrated not being able to do anything helpful for him and yet she feared he would not get any help until he was really sick. She decided to try to work with his Angels and to offer prayers for her husband through them.

In enlisting their help, she said, “I speak to the Angels around my husband. I call forth Bims’ Highest Divine Energy to lead him in perfect ways from the darkness he is in. Consume the lethargy and the source of depression that is draining his energy. Guide him to his life’s purpose and to the joy that is within. Thank you. ” This is a paraphrase of the first prayer she said and others followed until there was visible change in his energy.

Martha was repeatedly angry with her mother. After visiting, she usually spent the hour retuning home fuming about the visit. This tension had been going on for a number of years but recently it was becoming deeply disturbing to Martha. She did not know why she was so very angry. She reported feeling horribly unloving and mean whenever anger erupted which was after all visits and most phone calls with her mother. She took her anger into sacred space with another person. She prayed for the core blocked energy manifesting as recurring anger be completely released from her field. She called in the Angel of Compassion to be with her in all dealings with her mother.

These are all examples of ways to call the Divine Presence into our lives. Divine Energy is totally surrounding us, all the time, in infinite amounts. We are free to use this energy everyday in all the ways we can imagine. We get notably more powerful responses though if we come to this Divine Energy Source, demonstrating some basic spiritual truths.

Give over control of projects, outcomes, efforts, and the methods you think may be required to manifest the results you want. Allow Spirit to work through you for the Highest Good as you create.
Hold the space for a Sacred Solution to a difficult situation. Call that Energy right into the midst of your life.
Live knowing that all people are Spiritual Beings at their core, regardless of their behavior. Call to the Light in others, enlist their Highest I AM Presence, when entering into prayer.
Work with the Angels (or Ascended Masters) when direct prayer with or for a person seems impossible or unwelcome.
Call God to clear all the core blocked energy manifesting as negative feelings you may be carrying towards yourself or another.
Activate your own relationship with God, even if you are unsure about the characteristics of that relationship. It is more wondrous than one can imagine.

Silence for the Dubious

When people say, “you need to be in Silence”, there is usually a vision of sitting, perhaps cross-legged with eyes closed and breathing deeply for 30 minutes or so, while being left alone by the world. The thought of this for many people is simply a non-starter and blocks our energy before one can even fully consider it. Sometimes in our lives, such time is non-existent no matter how much we would love to have that experience.

Still, the place to spend time with All That Is/Divine Presence/God is in Silence. When we show up for this time together, we are the ones who are greatly blessed because we are loved, supported and calmed energetically in ways that generally don’t happen in the world. Silence with God is spending time with God without your own agenda.

The main ingredient we need to be successful in making time with God’s Energy is intention. Here are some examples of how to do that. One can dedicate 10 minutes of a walk with the dog to being with Divine Presence.

Another option is to dedicate time while working in the garden or the yard to connecting with God. Open a sacred space by calling in Divine Beings or Divine Light and call God into your time regardless of what you may be doing. Another place I used to have time with God was in the bathroom. That was at a time that I could reasonably count on having a few minutes to myself there. I would seek that time and space at all times of the day and usually that was honored!

We can listen to uplifting music and intentionally invite Divine Presence into our space. This is not Silence per se but it may get us into Silence with grace and ease. The more we intentionally connect with Divine Energy, the more we notice a shift in the vibration of energy around us. This is the Holy Spirit showing up to be with us because we asked. One could read a spiritual book while asking God to enter into this space and time with you, as well. If you are reading poetry or prose, take a section, read the piece three time out loud and then sit in the Silence of that energy. You will be ministered to through Sacred Presence. Usually there is a great calm that comes over us even if we only have 15 minutes.

Any sacred time can be carved out and dedicated to God. You can be watching children playing a sport and while sitting apart for the crowd, take 15 minutes to dedicate special time with God. You can arrive early for an appointment and sit in the car listening to classical music or simply recline with eyes closed and ask God to connect with you. The ways are infinite.

The challenge is to regularly invite God into your life. Don’t talk about it and despair or simply close the door on it as being an impossibility. We are in great need of the Presence of God. That energy is incredibly calming, supportive and filled with Divine Love which is totally different from human support and love here. However, we need to knock on the door with GREAT determination, seek without giving up and keep asking for connection and communion with God by showing up every day in one way or another. We are the only ones who can gift ourselves with Divine Grace. It is all around us but we have to say YES and show up. So, do what works.

For those of you who are finding time in Silence, there is another step which can be taken to expand your conscious knowing of God. After you have intentionally connected with God, you may come out of that time and realize you have something you want to pray about, ask forgiveness for, call Divine Presence into or clear some blocked energy you have become aware of. This is not Silence. This is working with God to call forth this energy for a specific person, situation or purpose. This is unifying prayer. Each of these experiences is still being with God but the focus changes to your own thoughts, questions, needs, etc. This is a natural outgrowth of being in Silence with God.

Muriel was just coming out of a twenty minute session of Silence with God. She immediately saw the face of her sister in front of her. Her sister had passed away two years earlier.

She did not know what the image of her sister actually meant, but the experience felt uncomfortable within. She loved her sister deeply but there was an uneasiness when her face appeared to her. Muriel took two minutes more in Silence and realized she needed to ask forgiveness for the way in which she had behaved when she needed to help take care of her during her illness and when she needed to suddenly do all the extra things for their parents when her sister was sick. Right then and there she asked for forgiveness for those unkind feelings, hasty words and old anger. She felt a perceptible sense of Lightness in her chest and heart area. She knew she had actually been forgiven in that moment. She was amazed that it was so easy to release that old energy. In fact, she had not really remembered her feelings until her sister’s face appeared to her. This was the Holy Spirit working with Muriel to help her clear her soul energy from this stagnant, stuck feeling that was still with her two years after her sister had died.

This is an example of how seamlessly this Divine Energy can work with us. Muriel was in a deep communion with All That Is/God and she simply knew she needed to ask for forgiveness. Without showing up for time with God, she could have carried that draining energy for years and have it show up in all sorts of unhelpful ways.

If we begin our personal relationship with God in Silence, we will be blessed in ways we can never imagine. Show up, dedicate time to God, keep the appointment, be in the Silence, and listen. This is how we come to a place of balance and wholeness through Divine Grace. Even if you have no visual for God, no sense of what or who God is for you, even if you don’t even know if you believe in God Presence, do this anyway. There is a deep magic, that surpasses all understanding, whose doorway will open to us. When this happens all our fears become less powerful, we become more capable of gratitude, we can release that which is not serving us or others very well. If we have just even a few minutes, we will be ministered to. We are deeply loved beyond anything we as humans can comprehend. However, we have to chose to enter into the Silence before we can gather this blessing for ourselves and for others.

Unifying Prayer

Over many years, I have learned to use a particular type of prayer for spiritual healing. My prayers for wholeness have evolved and changed, continually seeking to capture the inherent power of Divine Presence.

I call this specific type of prayer, unifying prayer. Unifying prayer differs from intercessory prayer, centering prayer or supplication prayer, in that unifying prayer specifically emerges from knowing that we are One with All That Is. Unifying prayer calls upon our own Divine Resources, within a sacred space, working with other Divine Energy Beings for the purpose of calling forth Divine Grace for a person, place or situation.

Unifying prayer comes from

knowing that we and God, are One
knowing that Right Relationship with All That Is is our natural state
knowing that seeming imbalances can be transformed or shifted through Divine Grace

Healing comes from Divine Grace. Healing does not come from medicine, our prayers, surgery or therapy. All these things do have their place in healing but are really ways through which Divine Grace is made available through caring individuals in the course of one’s healing. This is a very important distinction. Healing comes from Divine Grace, the energy of Divine Presence being received by those needing healing. Many, many healing modalities can be employed to enable Divine Grace to be received.

If medicine healed in and of itself, all people with a cold would be able to take the exact same medicines and all would heal, every time. Because healing comes from Divine Grace, we have to receive this energy to heal. We may not even be consciously aware of receiving Divine Grace but that is what leads to healing. Generally imbalances manifesting as illness in the body come from blocked energy we humans have created, held onto, nurtured, etc., which disconnects us from Divine Grace. When medicine, prayers, therapy help us release blocked energy, we have the opportunity to reconnect with Divine Presence.

Divine Grace is Love in action. Every time I work with someone who is out of balance physically or mentally, I begin by opening Sacred Space so that I can join with other Divine Energy Beings to work together to call forth Divine Presence for a person, place or situation.

This is what I say:

I call forth my I Am Self ( the part of me that is wholly Divine) , the Ascended Masters, the Angelic Host, the Divine Cosmic Light Beings of the Universe, the Nature Intelligences, Divine Ancestors and Divine Physicians to help me hold this Sacred Healing and Wisdom Circle.

Because I am of Divine Essence like all beings, I have the authority, right and power to call such a circle into existence for the purpose of healing. I imagine that together we are very powerful. Together, all that I call forth is amplified by the Divine Beings working with me. Further, when I listen, the exact wording needed for a person or situation often emerges from the combined knowing of Divine Beings. Still though, in all situations and in all ways, Divine Grace does the re-balancing, the healing, the pacing of the energy shifts, creation and implementation of the plan. I simply call Divine Grace forth, knowing that balance, wholeness and peace is the natural state of bodies, places and situations.

Unifying Prayer begins with the knowing that God and I are One, inseparably, for all eternity. This is the aspect of unifying prayer which sets it apart from all other prayer. This type of prayer emerges out of this knowing of Oneness with all things. Therefore, in unifying prayer, the Lord’s Prayer for example becomes, you give us this day our daily bread, you forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. You lead us not into temptation and you deliver us from evil. In the use of this wording, we are affirming the power of the Great Oneness/God from our sense of knowing of the Oneness ourselves.

Divine Grace, we call forth the Sacred Flame from within Emil to consume the blocked spiritual and fear energy manifesting as depression and self-inflicted pain. This unifying prayer restates our connection with All That Is by affirming that the Sacred Flame is within Emil. The prayer names fear and blocked energy as the reasons behind the manifestation of the imbalances in his life. No power is given to the imbalances. The act of calling forth the Sacred Flame itself is an act of Oneness, recognizing that all people can call forth the sacred flame form of God.

God please help Emil because he is a good person and has lost his way. This prayer assumes that the person praying, God, and Emil are all separate from one another. These words give the impression that God needs to be informed that Emil is a good person. Also, inherent in this prayer is an assumption that help for Emil is not being given by God at the present time. Further, this prayer bases the request for help on a judgement that because Emil is a good person, he deserves help. This stance goes against the Divine order which again and again states that the Highest Good is always what is being desired for us.

I see the Light in Emil and call for the highest benevolent outcome of his current circumstances. This is a unifying prayer affirming that the Light, a form of God, is within Emil. Further, the specifics of the outcome are left to All That Is. However, our calling this energy into this dimension from the realm of unformed energy is very powerful and supports the presence of Divine Grace for Emil.

We lift Emil into the Light and pray for his complete recovery from depression. This is not a unifying prayer because it talks about lifting Emil into “the Light” meaning that Emil is now, out of the Light. We are always in Light even when we are manifesting energy which is out of balance. Further, depression is spoken about here as a condition with its own power rather than as a condition which is temporarily present due to blocked energy which can always be transformed by Divine Grace.

Our words are powerful healing tools. Use prayers which reflect the power we are working with. Make certain that your prayers affirm the Oneness, All Power, All Knowing, Omnipresent characteristics of God. When the words correctly and powerfully reflect the Truth that is God, they are charged with a power beyond human means. They then carry the charge of the power of the Great Grace to heal.
