When you are feeling down, it is helpful to act like a detective and seek the causes of your low energy. We often just ignore these symptoms and assume the low energy will pass and that it is probably temporary. However, the body talks to us daily. If we stop and listen to our body when we first feel tired or down, we can often get an intuitive knowing about the reasons for the low energy. The ignoring of the down feelings does not make them go away or enable us to truly move on.
If you use kinesiology or a pendulum, you can check specific issues causing the low energy. If you meditate, take the following issues into Silence and seek clarification for what is affecting your energy. Addressing these issues immediately can help you avoid serious repercussions from the low energy. Low energy is a real symptom and it is your body speaking to some imbalance in your system. Here is a list of the most common issues causing down, draggy, or tired energy.
Check your body first
Are you getting :
Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, iron, iodine and/or kelp
enough fresh vegetables
enough time outdoors
enough down time
in detox from healing
having an allergic reaction
coming down with a virus or infection
having a recurring pain affecting your energy
reacting to alcohol or drug consumption
Check your emotions
Are you having unresolved or disturbing issues:
with a person
with your body
with unforgiveness, blame, shame, guilt, apathy, anger, fear, grief, pride, desire, etc.
in your dreams
with the way you spend your time
with your self perception
with an aspect of your life
with specific national/global issues
If a physical change can affect your energy, make that physical change immediately. If the issue cannot be directly impacted physically, use the Six-Step Spiritual Spiritual Healing Protocol to clear blocked energies causing you low energy. Then these imbalances will not build up affecting your immune system and possibly causing larger issues.
