Helplessness

Helplessness comes from repeated cultural conditioning
From accepting the limitations of the seen world

Your perceptions of the possible are limited
By surroundings, thoughts, experiences, and your humanness

What you have not experienced, you do not imagine can be
What you are afraid will happen to you, overrides the possible

Your mind is strongly responsive to what has been
You must escape the mind to imagine the Infinite

The mind deals wonderfully with what can be seen
The heart deals wonderfully with all that is unseen

Dreaming with conviction of what could be is freeing
Imagining wholeness is a step to manifesting wholeness

However you need to begin by thoroughly slaying the constrictions
The mind holds as inevitable and its misperceptions of what is

To go beyond helplessness, you must command it out
You must create a clean slate for creating your heart’s desire

All then is possible even that which was impossible the minute before
All can then work together with Divine Source to manifest your wholeness

Fear is Crippling

The way ahead is to face your fears
If you never do anything else but this
Face your fears, again and again
Command them out of your consciousness

This can set you free
This can cultivate compassion
This can bring you inner peace
This can grow mounds of love

Fears are humanly created
They therefore can be set down
That is profoundly powerful truth
For every single seeking one among you

Go searching for the elusive fears
They frequently show up in dreams
They are imbedded in acts of self-protection
They empower lashing out at loved ones

The constant bubbling up of fear
Is scary even if it your own fear
It parades as being truth
It insinuates that it has power

None of this is true for anyone
In fact, what we focus on grows
What we ignore festers
What we face head-on transforms

You are the one who gives power to fear
You cower in the corner and try to hide
You try to ignore the fear to death
You try to deny the fear just begging to be ousted

Call in your courage of heart and mind
Arm yourself with the mantle of Oneness
You are made in the image of Divine Source
You can slay all that is fearful, bar none

Only love and kindness are everlasting
Humanly created fear is born out of
Disconnection with Divine Source
Reconnect in Silence and inner work

Create a fear free reality that serves you
Deny any power to the fears you discover
Fears resides in every single person
Go after yours and free yourself from darkness!

GOD of All, Hear Us In Our Hour of Need

We lay our profound suffering before You
Calling for an end to vast sadness and grief
Commanding the inclusion of all peoples in Grace
Hear us now, as endless darkness deepens

We are lost in fear and doubt,
Angst and sorrow so profound,
Getting out of bed is humbling
Getting to sleep, impossible

My heart shrinks and shrivels up with
Thousands feeling loss, destitution, and brokenness
Pervading fear grips the strongest among us
Endless trials repeat, each darker than before

Thousands crossing the Brooklyn Bridge
Hundreds gassed at peaceful protests
Nameless, faceless paramilitary units
Threatening, confronting, with anger, then arrest

God of All, the old hatreds must go and soon
We cannot sustain this level of bedeviling disarray
We can’t return to the horrors of the past
The horrors of the present must end, and swiftly

Thousands unable to pay the rent, find a job, bury their dead
Thousands of businesses gasping for one more breath
Daily number explosions of more sick, dying and dead
Dreams, hopes, nest eggs, disappearing, perhaps forever

Guide us to peace, safety, and forgiveness
Bring us to the expanding path of Wholeness
Help us ensure that together, we all rise on the tide
Ever staring down darkness, by choosing Love

I choose to be kinder and clear out my anger and fear
I call in more compassion, banish all remnants of ego
Guide me to walk humbly with my God on the toughest days
Cleanse me of doubt and bring me home when my work here is finished

Fear Taints Everything

Fear is an all-encompassing emotion
It has a very long shelf life, left unattended
It gets denser and more at home over time
It profoundly affects your sense of what is

To dig out fear, you have to suspect it may be present
You have to name it as best you can
Including all the symptoms known and unknown
While commanding it out of your own energy field

Banish it from all four fields of consciousness
Every smidgen of fear that is not conscious
Still has a huge and lasting impact on you
Fear resides at the subconscious and soul level

Fear can hang out in your unconscious field
Fear can be consciously with your all the time
That makes a whole whopping lot of fear
You need to be sure all of it leaves your being

This is a lifelong task that only you can undertake
It insures you are not run by unnamed fears
That you can stop lashing out with unbridled anger
That you can disengage from all forms of hatred

Asking for forgiveness only goes so far
If you keep repeating the fear-based responses
Blowing up and regularly going totally ballistic
Others distance and protect themselves from you

Asking for forgiveness for the umpteenth time
Is also too little too late, especially with loved ones
Your responsibility is to seek the source of your fear
Then do your utmost to clear the fear from your field

Get to it because any effort works better than
Living and being run by unnamed fears
All efforts lead towards reaching the core
Source of the fear and anger, to free you forever

Facing fear takes guts and repeated efforts
It requires you to take off your public mask
Get into your heart and name the fear
Even while you may be afraid it will devour you

Sticking your fearful head in the sand
Does not EVER work, though you do get
All the chances you need to keep avoiding
The fears, while amassing all the consequences

You can wait until the consequences are severe
So that you have to make amends with everyone
Or step up now before the abysmal consequences
Of being run by fears create profound suffering

Death Calls Us Home

Death of another is a loss of what is
It is the loss of what has been
And the finality of what could have been
The loss of more time together

Death pricks the fear that you will not
Make it through the sorrow
You will not find your way out
You will always be in grief

Loss of another is a call to go within
To consciously touch to that which is solid
That which never changes and is constant
The connection with the Greater Whole

You are still safe and loved
Even when death is present
You still have the knowing of the Love
That has been and always will be

Why does the dread about death persist?
The seeming finality is scary
Your loved one is not in the flesh
Your loved one moves to a place within

Perhaps you have not explored within
Perhaps you do not feel at ease there
Perhaps the deep grief feels paralyzing
Perhaps moving ahead seems overwhelming

However within is a place of Love
Within awaits your presence
Healing and Love both reside within
Restoration and Grace reside within

Going within provides all the time
You desire to say the things you did not say
To set things right from your side
To determine that which needs saying

Death is often a doorway to inner peace
It beckons us to quiet reflection
It strengthens us for reentering life
Without our loved one in the flesh

Every action and feeling you have
Is known by the Everlasting Love
You cannot be forgotten ever
You will find your way home

Receive the blessings of the Eternal Energy
Beckoning you to your own true self
Reminding you are whole and will feel whole again
Restating that all is well and that you are truly loved

If you are beset with sorrow, this can leave you. Open a Sacred Healing Space with Divine Source energy you want in that space. Call for help (I call forth help) from Divine Source for any depression, sorrow, loss or grief energy you are carrying to be transformed. Call for your lightness of heart and mind to be restored. Call in the healing energy and balance that you desire. Call for the help you need to take up your life again. You can do this for yourself and for others. You are always heard.
