Inner Work Is Calling

Where have my happy places gone?
I miss my friends and my own laughter
I long to have things to look forward to
The thrill of celebration is strangely muted

I did not fully realize that my life
Was organized around looking forward to newness
Seeking all that is sparkly and unique
Escaping from daily life by going out on the town

Isolation is a mighty and strange condition
It brings up sticky issues and feelings
I absolutely do not care to revisit, yet still
Audaciously get right up in my face, uninvited

In the corner awaits the thorny work
Around every block, my frustrations flair
While totally minding my own business
Old pains emerge that I had successfully buried

When all distractions are taken away
The inner work boldly presents to fill the void
Of course, I have to choose to see it
I had become so adept at hiding from it

With an abundance of down time
A total paucity of scheduled events
Prickly issues keep erupting from within
Saying, here I am again, remember me?

You can’t escape me forever
No way girl, I’ve got your number
I am still here, always just hiding
Until you mess up again for real

I am waiting you out in the long game
Sporting infinite patience and perfect timing
With so few distractions at present,
Give that saggy ‘ole self-perception, the boot

Go ahead, give a try at being your best self
Set down that old irritation and anger forever
Spend some more time with the Great Spirit

Coming Out of Shame

What is shame but the result
Of taught expectations and rules
Delivered by a hurting person
Disconnected from Divine Source?

I was taught embarrassment for who I am
I was expected to hide my mistakes
I received ruthless judgment of me as lacking
I learned to blame and question my own worth

Persistent messages revealed my constant failure
Ingrained feelings grew into mistrust and self-hate
Endless messages of indignity and mortification
What if I am truly to blame for the faults I have?

How do all those early lessons in shame
Get reframed with love and acceptance?
Where is enough love to heal this pain?
How does trust in self-goodness even blossom?

Still though, how do I measure up to something so firm
So unbending, and starkly delivered?
Maybe I am not here to love myself fully
I have learned how to self-protect my every choice

I also learned to aim for perfection in all things
Though I always expect swift scorn and failure
Ruthless judging has been ever present
I even use ridicule and anger towards myself now

In the quiet though, my spirit still yearns to soar
I long to feel unencumbered and free
My heart seeks true love and kindness
I know my being needs to be safe, somewhere

Who will walk with me on this journey?
Who will reinforce my search for self-love?
Who will be my go to when I do fail?
Who will hold my heart as I try again?

There is talk of a place of wholeness, within
I have heard that phrase, though I do not know it
I intend to find my way out of this shame
And I will never create this darkness for another

 

 

 

Your ‘I AM’ Presence Awaits

The ‘I AM’ Presence is your unconditional connection with Divine Source/God/All That Is. Every person has this connection regardless of life circumstances. To activate that energy you have to claim that connection out loud for it to fully activate. Otherwise, you can spend you entire life missing out on working from your highest self.

 

Speak the following out loud.

  • I call forth my ‘I AM’ Presence as I prepare to confront my daughter about her recent behaviors and grades.
  • From my ‘I AM’ Presence, I bless the marriage of Johan and Moan, for their highest good to manifest.
  • From the combined power of my ‘I AM’ Presence and God’s Glory, I command an honest, wise, collaborative, and people serving federal government manifest for this country.
  • Through my ‘I AM’ Presence, I call forth the most perfect professional position for me at this time.
  • With the power and determination of my I AM Presence, I command the deepest cleansing for rebalancing the Nation’s mind, body, and soul manifesting as systemic racism in the United States of America.

You are made in the image of God. You have seeds of God-ness all through you. You have to call forth the I AM power and energy for it to fully come alive in this dimension. Know and prepare for your negative feelings, discord, and negative thoughts to come to your surface as you begin to use this energy. By working with the I AM Energy, all that is not a part of this energy will show up for healing. If you ignore these issues, they will increase in severity without fail.

 

Doing your inner work is your side of the equation in your relationship with God. You can choose to go through life and ignore this inner work. However, as you are everlasting in spirit, you will have to address the imbalances, sooner or later. If you do it sooner, you will be free of those negative thoughts and feelings and their consequences sooner. However, it is your choice. You can take all the lifetimes you want to come to a place of doing inner work. However, the imbalances when ignored, grow bigger and bigger.

 

Every human is here potentially growing in the understanding of being created and sustained in Love. Regardless of what is around you, your core energy is Love. It could be covered over with fear, abuse, addiction, negative self-perceptions, arrogance, violence, or anger but at the core, all humans were created and sustained in Love. How to start?

 

Say these out loud. Hold the space for healing. Give thanks.

1. From my ‘I AM Presence’ I bring my feelings of ______________________ to this Sacred Space for healing and rebalancing. (shame, guilt, apathy, sorrow, fear, anger, desire, pride, arrogance, jealousy, self-hate, being a loser, etc.) Thank you for the healing. 

2. With my ‘I AM’ Presence I call for clearing of the core reasons for my _________________________ that is no longer serving me or anyone else around me.  (lying, cheating, embezzling, hatred, racism, competitiveness, mistreatment, violence, abuse, excessive drinking, addiction to ________, suspicion, etc. )Thank you for the healing. 

3. Through  my ‘I AM Presence’, I forgive wholly and completely ________________________ . ( myself, all those I have hurt, all my colleagues, my brother/mother/aunt/cousin/neighbor, etc. Thank you for the healing. 

4. From my I AM Presence, I call forth Divine help and guidance for _______________________. ( my relationship,  my next professional steps, my physical pain, my daughter’s job search, the future of my department, George/Janice/Shiela, the mess I have made of_____, etc. Thank you for the healing.

Your Emerging Love

There is another reality you can know if you clear away the darkness
That energy is God energy, Love energy, Balanced energy
That energy is always present but when dissonance persists
You lose the connection and can begin to feel alone, unconnected

This spiritual reality can sometimes be seen in others
For you though, it can primarily be felt in your heart
That reality is Love vibrating larger than any other feelings
That Oneness energy is calling you to your own true self

Ah, the darkness you carry and the heartache you endure
This is all on the path to knowing Divine connection
Unless you struggle with your fears and angst, and win
The spiritual reality gets buried over by unhealed feelings and experiences

Connecting with The Oneness has to become a daily ritual
Like getting dressed, brushing your teeth, and having breakfast
Otherwise the repetitive irritations overwhelm your intentions to be at peace
The imbalanced thoughts and doubts overrun you as if they were real

The only lasting energy is Love, Kindness, Compassion and Divine Source
All else shows itself, masquerading as real, demanding your reactions
Commanding you to attend to the dissonance not because it is lasting
Because it is the way forward to Peace and a solid connection with Love

In the end though the choice is yours and yours alone
You can live your life with a lukewarm connection with Spirit
Hey! lots of people do this their entire lifetime, actually every lifetime
Or you can resolve to clear the persistent marauders out of your energy field

Faith and believing can carry you part way to Divine connection
You can stay there your entire life, lifetimes in fact, over and over again
Or you can face the bedeviling feelings within Sacred Space
And make progress in letting go of all your fears and doubts

Underneath the fears and doubts, is the Peace of All That Is
Truly it is always waiting for you to become better connected
So go into those negative self-perceptions you have and cast them out
Release the jealousies, the anger, the prideful comments, and accusations

Every single time you release some dark feeling that is temporarily demanding
You take a step closer to Divine Source, your consciousness of Divine Love expands
One negative released energy at a time, ad infinitum, continuously and
Through the fog, the Divine Love of self and others emerges out of the chaos

Effective Global Prayer

We have so much need for prayer now especially as we work through this pandemic and all it means. I have found myself called to prayer several times a day some days.  Amidst the Corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic, there is always something to pray for daily. The more of us who pray, the better our world will be. We are always heard and we can plug into a huge power house of Divine Beings waiting to work with us. I have gotten a lot of questions about how to pray effectively especially recently during this pandemic.

Effective Prayer

  • Pray from your heart, not from fear
  • Pray in partnership with Divine Beings, meaning OPEN SACRED SPACE to pray
  • Pray from your RIGHT to be heard in that you are in physical body and that Right is given to each person
  • Pray knowing that every time you pray it adds to the goodness of All That Is
  • Pray knowing that the darkness manifesting is never stronger than the Light
  • Pray with the awareness that in partnership with Divine Beings, miracles are possible
  • Pray knowing we humans in body are the only ones to call the Light here, no others have that same job
  • Pray knowing we have to call in the Light, as  Divine Source has granted us absolute free will
  • Pray knowing you are always heard

Global Prayer Issues

  • Divine transmutation of Corona virus to a harmless state
  • Healing for all immune systems, secondary imbalances, and fear for those with Corona virus
  • Clearing of all root sources of fear, anxiety, stress, suffering, and exhaustion due to Corona virus
  • Clearing all root sources of anger, rage, abuse, and violence manifesting with Corona virus restrictions
  • Alleviate world economic trauma and individual hardship due to Corona virus pandemic
  • Healing for sorrow and loss for all those suffering among us due to Corona virus
  • Divine inner healing and combustion for expanded consciousness for all
  • Healing for Mother Earth in all her forms
  • Root imbedded healing for institutional hatred and mistreatment for racial, ethnic, religious, sexual preference, and gender differences, etc.
  • Root source healing for misogyny, hatred of LBGTQ persons, hatred of the “others”
  • Root source healing for mistreatment of immigrants and refugees
  • Clearing of root sources manifesting as obsession with getting and having money, greed and the economic divide
  • Root source healing for abuse of; power, privilege and position trauma energy
  • Root source healing for opioid addiction (alcohol, sexual, drug, gambling, hoarding, spending, etc.)
  • Root source clearing for all forms of abuse (domestic, sexual, racial, religious, physical, mental, emotional, verbal, etc.)

Example

I open Sacred Space with the billions of Divine Beings surrounding our planet in this time of need. I ask for us to partner together for powerful healing to occur worldwide. I open my heart, mind, and soul to transformational Light within and surrounding us in the Universe. I call for healing to enable me to pray from a powerful place of love and goodness.

I call forth the Divine power and presence for all humans to clear all root sources of anger, rage, abuse, and violence manifesting especially now with Corona virus restrictions around the globe. Let all detox from this be completed in Divine space (quantum space, God space, etc.). My profound thanks for this healing work and all the Divine Beings working together with me for healing and wholeness.
