Stress Cleared!

Stress, Stress and More Stress. You are drowning in stress and everyone around you knows it, especially you. The common indicators are sleep troubles, loss of joy, feeling pressured by everything, using substances to numb, over eating,  getting colds, having no energy, feeling irritated, easily angered, and feeling down among others. You may or may not be getting exercise and if you are, it will certainly help.

photo Matteo Vistocco

However, the core issues of stress are usually deeply stuck inside of you. You can often point to what you think is the reason for the stress and that is often something outside of yourself like, your job, your mother, your boredom, your love life, your debts, your relationships, etc. But that does not explain HOW you are responding to your outside issues in unbalanced ways and WHY you are triggered in the ways you are, regarding tough situations.

You need to be quiet,  go inside and ask for help so that all sorts of stuck energy being triggered by stressful situations can begin flowing again to help you get through the current situations you are in. Deep core energy in your mind, from past experiences, in your heart or your life are truly not flowing if stress is building up and remaining in your field.

Maybe you are not comfortable with going inside. How about just making a list of the symptoms you have that indicate feeling stressed for you? How is stress showing up in your life?  We are all very different in what we see and recognize as the indicators of stress.

Jema self-reported being in stressful situations for over 2 years.  She was now concerned with her overall health as high blood pressure was showing up, body pains and general lethargy were common feelings, as well as poor sleep, over eating and drinking too much alcohol.

USE THESE STEPS FOR HEALING

Here is the healing Jema called in for herself. You can call this in for yourself as well. Just follow the steps with an open mind!  Speak each section out loud as this gives it expanded power for you in doing this.

1. Open Sacred Space (one example). I open this Sacred healing and wisdom circle with my eternal and human energy. I open my heart, mind, body, soul, relationships, and affairs to Divine transformational Light that is within me and surrounding me throughout the Universe. I welcome all Divine Beings working with me in this lifetime and any specialists needed for this work today to partner with me.  My intention is the highest benevolent outcome for this work and all spiritual healing work I do. My thanks.

2. I call for all my misgivings and skepticism I have about being able to effectively call in healing energy for myself. I call for transformation and clearing of all  blocked energy including blocked emotional, mental, thermal (self-protective), hereditary line, karmic, curse and spell (time bounded) energies keeping me from being effective in calling and receiving healing through Divine Light. (Skip this if this does not apply to you.)

3. I call in this healing.  PTSD* chronic stress trauma energy and all symptoms including high blood pressure, body pains, lethargy, poor sleep, over eating and drinking too much alcohol among others. (name your own symptoms).

4. I call in this healing. PTSD of all initial trauma experiences** from all my times in body contributing to chronic stress trauma energy and all symptoms.

5. I call for all detox from this healing to be completed in quantum space*** rather than in my physical body.

6. I send this healing out to millions of others who need this same healing.

7. I give thanks for all Divine Beings working with me to help this transformational energy bring balance to my life.

DEFINITIONS

*PTSD healing is a particular type of healing which refers to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Healing Protocol. This covers the transformation of 17 different types of blocked energies that can manifest as imbalances in your life. These potential blocked energies are addressed when you use this protocol. Familiarize yourself by going over them a couple of time before calling them to be cleared from your field.

Blocked emotional, mental, thermal (self-protective), spiritual, hereditary, karmic, curse and spell (time bounded) energy.  Blocked genetic, karmic curse, karmic debt (accumulated unhealed debts), life contracts, vows, in utero( gestational), free will, collective unconscious and penance (voluntary self- punishment) energy. See for more information A . Information B.

** Initial trauma experiences are all unhealed trauma experiences from your entire past you still carry as an imprint in your conscious, sub-conscious, unconscious, or soul conscious body including those that you are totally unaware of consciously manifesting as chronic stress.

*** Quantum space is the space of Divine Source/God/All That Is/The Great Oneness. Detox can be processed in quantum space rather than in your body.

CLOSING COMMENTS

This process can be used for any other imbalances you are dealing with including anxiety, anger, judgement, jealousy, shame, guilt, comparison with others, inability to find a partner, etc. Follow the same steps. Always begin with the symptoms you notice for the imbalance you want to be done with.

This works BECAUSE you are working with your own Divine Beings in ways they have shared with us to effectively call in lasting, powerful healing for yourself. Try it! You have nothing to lose and phenomenal transformational possibilities to gain!!!  Share your experiences with me. I love to hear how your work has benefitted you.

Inner Work Begets Miracles

Miracles have a tenuous place in the present world
They are often subject to deep suspicion
Because if miracles can truly happen
Your whole sense of a world without miracles will be disturbed

What if heart surgery can be received without cutting
Or if bones can be realigned by merely calling that to happen
What if you can schedule your perfect vacation with Divine Presence
What if you can heal from cancer through deep clearing of stuck energy

What if you can learn how to tell if you have an infection or virus
Or call in healing for toxic, damaging relationships
What if you can heal your immune system by calling in healing
What if you can receive all the energy you need through Divine vibration

Even if all these shifts can happen and they can
Every step to arrive and experience Divine healing
Must be taken in a Divinely ordered manner
To manifest a sure knowing of the vastness of the Universal Energy

This ordered manner though is not your concern
You just need to begin your inner work
All else is given as you move from topic to topic
Once you make a tiny effort, you will get powerful support

Start with that which is the most disturbing for you
Do not let those issues fester, they sap your energy
Suspend your misgivings and try, open Sacred Space,
Call in what you need and give thanks for what manifests

You will be heard though it may be a long road
To the place where you think you are going
You have to go through every step between the present
And where you hope to arrive. One day or months may be needed.

Start now and keep returning, there will be no regrets
Frustration at times, questioning at times, of course
Every time you clear stuck energy, you will feel lighter
You will feel more confident in being able to create peace

If you never start, you will be faced with the same issues repeatedly,
Even the next time your soul returns here for another run at life
You can really never escape the areas that need healing
Your soul is eternally calling you to your best self!

Earning Respect

What does it really mean to earn respect? Running an establishment, owning a lovely home, being in charge of a department, or having a prestigious job? Perhaps. There is a more lasting method of earning respect than may be possible through public indications of success. There is a deep inner state you can cultivate through earning respect for yourself. This can be a long journey but it begins in small steps.

Photo Tiago Filipe Ferreira

One of the first steps to earning respect is learning to tell the truth. This takes practice. First, you have to recognize the truth for what it is to you. The extremes fueled by emotions nor the extremes fueled by wanting to please others rarely represent the truth. Truth is found between the extremes of our unexamined feelings and the fear of not pleasing others. Truth is between these opposites and only you can determine what your truth really is. Only you can call yourself to the full picture of truth for you. This is a step in developing respect for yourself. A few exchanges help to capture this.

Heart-felt emotions, not full truth
George, you are a slimy jerk having RSVP’d saying I was coming to this party. What gave you that right without even asking me?  You just totally ignore my wishes, set me up for failure, and expect me to bow and scrape because you want me to. Just leave me alone! You make me so angry!

Giving in to pleasing others, not full truth
George, I know you really want me to go to this party. I am not happy about this but I will go.  I will put a smile on and act as if I like these people and what they stand for. If this is what you want, I will go. But you owe me!

Beginnings of speaking truth
George, I already told you, I am not going to this party and pretend to be happy about who these people are and what they stand for. It is not something you have a right to expect of me. You may have the finesse to pull this off and be comfortable yourself.  That is fine. I know I do not and I will not put my self in harm’s way in order to present a united false front to these people.

To even get close to the third example of beginning to speak truth, you have to determine what truth looks like. It changes through time, through your experiences, through your failures and through the conscious development of who you truly are and how you show that to others. You are the only one who can begin to see the balance between your strong emotions and the desire or perceived need to please others. Somewhere in between the extremes, truth can be found.

Further along the path to speaking truth
George, I know you want me to go with you to this party. I get that. If I could find anywhere within me that I could do that, I would, for you. However, I feel so totally like I am play acting when I am in those people’s company. I can not put myself in that environment without feeling I have let my own self down. I hope you can understand this. I am sorry to disappoint you, truly, but I won’t be going.

When you speak from a place of deep and full truth, you earn respect for yourself. As you earn respect for yourself, you can hold that space for others you encounter. Search for the full truth of a situation. It is likely to be found between the strong emotional reactions and the total giving into what is expected by others. Earning respect for yourself is something you can cultivate, grow and get better at. It also has longevity and solidity not to mention that the process of earning respect for self enables you to be your best person.

Finding inner peace

I like the idea of inner peace but truly I am always close to turmoil
I have either just come from turmoil or am just about to enter into it
I know if I can get a free day to do anything I want, that helps
I know if I take a Silence break, I can feel some peace and lightness

By Jevgenij Voronov

I wrestle with my mind lots of the time
I have these feelings of not being good enough
At what, it does not seem to matter
Just generally feeling not good enough permeates my mind

I do sometimes have peaks of satisfaction and joy
I do have moments of real peace and presence
I would love to have more of these but I often get sideswiped
When I least expect that and I find myself getting taken out

Anger is a tough nut to crack
It rises up and I can’t seem to just let it go
It feels like it is trying to get out of me
That it knows I would be better off without it

Seeking some inner peace is something I want to be better at
I sometimes sit and go inside with breath and quiet
When I get to a quiet mind, I can feel lighter
I can touch to a flowing energy of order and ease

The issue is why do I push so hard?
Why don’t I make time to breathe and relax?
What is so important that I rush around all the time?
Perhaps I don’t feel I deserve to feel ease and peace?

I call in more love for myself, more deep wellness and kindness
I call in more flowing grace in my life, with laughter and delight
I call in more kindness for myself and towards others
I call in more healing grace for all the things I think I need to carry

If there is a space of Divine order, I call that in for me too
I want to be more loving, happy, and peaceful
I set down all the darkness, worry, and anger I have packed away
I open this day to joy, loving kindness, inner peace, and hope

Anger Dispelled

I stumbled into Silence dragging my anger behind
Urgently seeking something I could not describe
I was a cheerful, happy person on the outside
An angry, blaming, and furious one on the inside

I did not intend to be angry with myself and others
It just came boiling forth when I least expected it
For the life of me, I could not stop it
It was as if a switch turned on and another person took over

Then came the shame, the apologies, the determination to do better
I blamed my constant back pain, my work demands
I blamed my upbringing, my family, and my friends
I blamed myself most of all as I again vowed to stem the anger

Who would choose to live with a person like me?
A kettle poised to boil over any time, day or night
My insides tightly coiled while balancing everything
With the profound determination to do it all, perfectly

I staggered into Silence to test the waters
I sought something that seemed elusive and undefined
I had no idea what lay crawling and writhing beneath my surface
Anger just simmered slowly, waiting for the ignition of the flames

When the burn came roaring in, as it always did
I was fabulous at this expression of rage and power
I was a masterful example of a woman scorned
I was always right in this one-sided state of explosion

It took me years to walk away when I exploded
It took me hours in Silence to remember I was loved
It took profoundly deep tears to forgive my behavior
It took countless hours naming all the fear fueling my rage

I would not have survived without finding Silence
Somehow in Sacred Space, I could not hide
I could not use excuses, I had to face my demons
I had to see the poison I was creating through my anger

So I wrote from my deep heart, cried, and tried again
I sought deliverance from myself and I felt my heart sigh
I was filled with an uncanny vibrational presence
That felt like God’s love to me, even as I questioned it

As I painfully acknowledged all my anger and attack energy
I began to realize that somehow, miraculously,  I was still loved
My behavior was not me, it was something I could address
I even felt the thrill of Divine Presence within when I spoke the truth

I finally got that I  just needed to stay on the path
To wholeness, to truth, to continue seeking peace
All else was given, continuously, again and again
My job was to work through every last morsel of anger

I spent hundreds of hours writing out my woe
Dear God was always my intro, designed to keep me honest
All the accusing, writhing, self-denunciating,  despicable me
Laid out scrupulously revealed as an offering to Divine Source

We finally finished our journey of anger and rage
I began to have months and then years with no outbursts
I began to think I was done with the inner seeking, the shame
Then we began anew to work on judgment, again and again

Wish me luck and stamina
I know we will slay this dragon someday
I know I am not alone as long as I show up
As long as I keep myself in a humble place of trying
All is good and I will be truly whole!
