Ego Driven?

The Cambridge Academic Content Dictionary defines ego as “the idea or opinion that you have of yourself, especially of your ability and intelligence, and your importance as a person. The Urban Dictionary defines ego “as the part of you that defines itself as a personality, separates itself from the outside world, and considers itself a separate entity from the rest of nature and the cosmos.”

Common behaviors coming from those living in a egocentric space include:

  • looking at one’s own perceptions and not considering those of others
  • seeing self as always in the right and as all important regardless of life’s situations
  • looking out for only oneself with no concern for the implications of this viewpoint

You can operate totally from a place of ego or from a balanced place of ego. If you move beyond pure ego, you can open to the joys and gifts the Universe has in store for you.  This process of moving beyond ego can best be experienced through meditation and stillness. In the Silence, you can learn to distinguish between your own true self which makes you supremely happy and your completely human energy of being, doing and having.  When you simply “are” in the present and feel happy, you are most often free of ego.

Why would you want to be free of ego?  Carrying ego separates you from empathy for others, from the Divine Whole, from shared views and goals, from inner peace and from feeling connected with those around you. Ego sets you apart from other’s needs and concerns, from a sense of compassion and from growing into more a loving and kind  individual. Further, when you are free of ego, you do not measure yourself by your external accomplishments, your power, or your prestige.

The self perception that you are what you do, own, or how you appear to others, is a heavy burden to put on yourself. Continuing to operate from ego repels others and can make you feel lonely, uncared for, and as if you are constantly striving for externalities to get better and better. The inner eternal self is ignored with ego imbalance as you put all your eggs into the human basket of money, power, image and holdings. A sense of worth based on external accolades and accumulation, is always prone to attack by others and eventually maybe from yourself as well in an effort to find inner peace and joy.

Focusing on ego is often a road to disappointment. You only see yourself as what you do, how you do it and how you are recognized and compensated for your accomplishments. So, self judgement is totally present in every aspect of your life. You can spend lifetimes in this human space, until it dawns on you that there may be another way to live your life. You might start with gratitude on a daily basis, focusing on all that is of delight to you. You might begin to create. You have to retrain your mind to find peace within and then an entirely new dimension of life opens up.

Feeling ego driven? To clear for ego imbalance go to Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol and in step 3 clear for ego trauma energy and all symptoms. If you find yourself feeling externally competitive, ruthless, or driven, you can use the following language for specific types of ego imbalance; competitive ego trauma energy and all symptoms, ruthless behavior trauma energy and all symptoms, ego driven life patterns trauma energy and all symptoms. Each time you clear for any type of ego imbalance, you expand ways to be joyful, peaceful and at ease in the present moment.

Healing when I don’t know what is causing the imbalance.

When you don’t know exactly what is causing imbalance in the body or in your energy field, here are some ways to get the healing you seek. Remember, every time you call for healing using the Six-Step Healing Protocol, you are heard. You may not get the full results that you are seeking the first time you try, however. If you do not get the results you are seeking, it is not your fault or the fault of the process you are using. Something further still needs to be addressed for healing to happen.

Take for example, a persistent pain in your right hip where no cause of the pain is evident, though it has been hurting for several weeks. Something other than the hip itself is contributing to the imbalance.  You may be conflicted over leaving your current job and that indecision and stress could be causing your hip to hurt. You could be angry with your friend and not moving forward with clearing that anger. That could be causing your hip to hurt. However, you may not be able to connect the dots between these feelings and thoughts you have and your hip hurting. You may simply be aware of the hurting hip.

Go to the Six-Step Healing Protocol and you will be led to clear for the specific types of blocked energies that could be causing the hip pain. These energies are listed in Step 4. For more practiced users,  if you normally call for Divine Healing Protocol as a short cut, use the entire Six-Step Healing Protocol when you are not getting the results you need. There may be some area of this protocol that you are glossing over that is needed for full healing.

As you use the Six-Step Healing Protocol, you will be reminded of different types of blocked energies, specifically, emotional, mental, thermal, spiritual, hereditary line, karmic, curse, and spell energies. Any of these could be the cause of the hurting hip. Additionally, these types of blocked energies could also be contributing to the indecision with your job and unhealed anger with a friend. If you call for clearing of hurting hip trauma energy and all the symptoms, other areas such as job indecision and unhealed anger will also be addressed if connected to your hip imbalance. This happens even if you are not consciously aware of the relationship between your hip and other blocked energy.

If this level of healing does not bring the full balance you seek, you need to think again about what might be affecting you. Check for an infection or a virus that may be affecting the body part or area that is out of balance.  When you use the Six-Step Healing Protocol, (Step 3) you can call for both virus and infection trauma energy affecting your hip and all other symptoms to clear, for example.

Still need something further?  Another step might be to imagine how the imbalance in your hip could have happened.  As you consider options, you can clear for one or more of these possibilities as follows. In Step 3 of the Protocol, you could clear for the skiing (yoga, running, bike or automobile accident, etc.) trauma energy and all symptoms manifesting as an aching hip. That will take you to the core issues of the problem whether this was recent or in the past.

Keep working on the situation with optimism if you do not get the full healing you seek the first, second, or third time. If you are working on your imbalance for the fourth time, try asking the Divine Beings in Sacred Space, “What am I missing that needs to be transformed for my hip to fully heal?”  This is one for my favorite ways to get help about what I might be missing. The answer might come to you immediately or in the next couple of days through a thought, music lyrics, or even a comment made by a friend. Remain aware that you are seeking this answer. It will surface or simply make a guess and clear for additional possible blocked energy that may be affecting you. May balance find you!

Healing Me

Interested in an easy way to clear stuck energy to help yourself heal?  Read on!

You are exactly where you are to be no matter what is going on for you or not happening for you. If, however, you are in a place you do not want to be for any reason, there are options that can aid you in working more quickly through the undesirable times. The question that is the most helpful when circumstances are not to your liking is, “What do I need to release so these feelings can change?” For any unpleasant situation, there is something we can release to improve our response to the unpleasantries.

by Lukas Budimaier

Perhaps you are living with chronic pain. You may feel you have tried everything. You may feel angry, defeated, debilitated, afraid of never being free of pain again, or feel profoundly sad or sorry about the things you love and can no longer do. You may be living a greatly reduced scope of life while trying to live with daily pain.

You may be living with a child who refuses to apply himself to his studies. You as the parent might have carried the energy of worry, feeling defeated, blame, anger, fear for your son, impatience, or sadness around his lost options. There may be major consequences for him that are also worrisome for you such as his having to attend summer school, beginning to see himself as incapable and not very smart, not getting into college or a program for further study, or his dealing with classmates making plans for after graduation.

All worries and feelings you have regardless of the specifics can be taken into a Sacred Space for clearing from your energy field.  This can happen within a few minutes after you determine what specific blocked energies you are carrying.  No therapy sessions are needed, no continuing to bury your feelings is needed, and no obsessing about the future is needed. If you want to effectively address some imbalance challenging you, go straight to my free tutorial for easy step-by-step instructions and an audio introduction from me to get you started.

After you do your own clearing, you can also use the tutorial to work with others being impacted by the circumstances. For example, you can clear for a friend’s fear of flying, or a spouse’s misgivings about upcoming retirement. You can even clear for your own responses to another’s challenges facing them such as your worry, fear or impatience with their process.

by Francisco Moreno

Usually, the major issues keeping people from doing this work have to do with their thinking too small about available options.  It is easy to assume there is nothing you can do to make the situation better. Through my work with thousands of people, I know that clearing the blocked energy you have about any undesirable situation makes the situation better. This process of naming and clearing imbalances yourself is open to every person in human body.

Take a chance and gift yourself with 15 minutes for three days to work through a challenging dilemma you are facing. Sign up for this free tutorial now. It’s a quick start to using the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol. Anyone can do this! Try it and then let me know your experience.

Experiencing Divine Presence

What do you feel when you work with Divine Presence?

Sometimes I feel a powerful beam of pulsating Light focused at my heart. Other times I feel a noticeable vibrating softness permeating in the vicinity of my heart. This usually follows a call I have made to Divine Presence to show up while covering my heart with both hands. This vibrational softness reminds me that I am connected to All That Is, all the time. Other times, there can be a vibration pulsating around my head. All of these feelings are positive in nature.

When many millions of Spirit beings are gathered together, I feel light-headed and without definitive physical boundaries. At times, the Presence feels like a huge energy completely surrounding me with the focus directly in front of me. When I am receiving healing, I feel a wave of energy entering my whole body or one special area, like my head or my knee depending on what is being addressed vibrationally. As I have meditated and worked more specifically in spiritual healing, the different ways I experience Divine Presence have expanded.

Did you always experience the Presence these ways?

There was a time in this lifetime that I did not experience the Presence consciously at all. After I began meditating, I  experienced the Presence as intense vibrational pulsing throughout my entire body. This went on daily for two years. At that time, I was healing from 19 years of chronic back pain and each session was so intense I could not possibly deny I was healing.

I don’t see images of Divine Presence nor do I necessarily know which of many forms of Divine Energy is working with me in the present moment. The non-verbal pulsing vibrational is how I know I am in that active space of Divine Presence. Otherwise, I feel like I am just with myself, alone, but now I know I am never really alone.

When I am seeking healing for others, I get a knowing of how to proceed that sometimes comes through intelligent energy without words and sometimes as one or two words or as a fully evolved concept. I know this is not coming from my mind because the guidance is usually something beyond the knowing of my mind.

One time I was in a large gathering and felt enormous Presence above me. It was totally impossible to ignore this energy.  It was overwhelmingly powerful and very definitely above me. I was with a clairvoyant and so I asked if there was an Archangel over me.  She said, ” perhaps not an Archangel but a huge angel is hanging around just above you.”  That was most gratifying because I so wanted to be able to distinguish between what I thought I was feeling and what was so.

Is this type of feeling typical for others working with Divine Presence?

Each person has his or her own ways to connect with Divine Oneness. Some people in my groups get voice messages, others get images with imbedded symbolic messages. Some folks carry on very detailed conversations with Divine Beings around them. There are those who experience intense fields of color, with and without images. There are those who feel a deep peace and know they are in The Presence. There are many people who need to be outside to feel really connected to Divine Source energy. Each person has different ways of experiencing and connecting with Divine Presence and these typically expand in form and clarity with repeated efforts to connect.

Faith and Meditation Questions

What is the basis of your faith?

At present, faith for me as a stand alone energy seems to have been surpassed by spiritual knowing energy.  I would say that faith is a place holder until experiences confirm more surety.  Faith is a great place to be when seeking. In my early explorations, I had a nagging, persistent feeling that there was something larger I was missing or not tuned into. I was guided repeatedly to vastly differing spiritual experiences and explorations. Perhaps that was faith in action, trying to get my attention.

Faith to me is a thought or image of what might be. This usually begins as a mental stance, followed by seeking, then expanding into knowing.  Some people see faith based living as the opposite of the concrete nature of the physical world. I have discovered however that there are spiritual rules and truths which are very specific and concrete and that these truths apply to all beings.

One of these spiritual truths is knock and the door shall be opened. This is applicable to me as well as all humans. Of course, this refers to our interior journey and we need to keep knocking if we want to have more doors open. Another truth is, as you sow, so shall you reap.  This is an absolute truth but because it may require several lifetimes to manifest, it may not always seem to be true. Here faith is called upon to leave the punishment or squaring of debts to Divine Presence.

These sayings are eternal truths that are not governed by humans. They cannot be shifted, influenced or changed by humans either. They therefore seem as concrete and specific as our human world just a bit more veiled.  One has to consciously seek this unfolding.  This brings us to a type of combined learning with faith perhaps providing the impetus to keep seeking.

The personal exploration into spiritual texts, teachings, and experiences grows faith which eventually leads to knowing. The knowing of Divine Presence grows gradually from repeated experiences with spiritual truths and through interactions with Divine Presence as our seeking expands.  I find insightful inner experiences manifest again and again, when I can be silent and still.

Do you have any tips on how to get into a deep meditation when sitting home by oneself?

Go to a place where you can not be disturbed. I would suggest that you begin by opening Sacred Space. Then call aloud to join the energy of ‘world meditators of the Highest Light’ and let yourself float into that energy presence. Once you are connected to the energy flow and vibration of meditators of Highest Light, it will be easier to meditate yourself.  You can more easily slip into their established meditation energy field than to create one by yourself. This is especially true when you begin to meditate or when there are many distractions in your mind or your life. It is always easier to go deeply into meditation with experienced meditators.  Let me know how this works for you!
