Self-Worth and Self-Compassion Healing

At the root of many of life’s imbalances lies an imbalance around self-worth. I have seen people with self-worth trauma energy who could not manifest healthy relationships, could not sleep, could not find a fulfilling job, could not stop drinking or using drugs, whose bodies constantly hurt, who could not lose weight, who were chronically depressed, and who could not stop beating themselves up daily over just about everything. Self-worth trauma energy is elusive, hard to diagnose, difficult to recognize in oneself, and challenging to heal. Despite its pervasive impact, it is not something most of us want to confront. See Loving of Self for more on this general topic.

You may know you have low self-esteem, chronic imbalances or are not fulfilling your dreams. Odds are, though, that you hardly ever connect these observations with self-worth trauma energy. Self-worth trauma energy is most often buried in the subconscious, unconscious, and supra-conscious (soul) levels. You may be unaware of its presence or impact on you.

The absence of compassion for self can be seen when you constantly push yourself or always need to do more to feel effective and worthy of admiration. Self-compassion trauma energy is present when you judge, berate, or criticize yourself in your mind or in public. This trauma energy is also present when you cannot forgive yourself wholly for past actions, words, or deeds or when you negatively evaluate your body, personality, likability, or appearance.

My son recently observed that the best way to address self-worth trauma energy is through compassion for self.  To be able to do this, both self-worth and self-compassion trauma energies need to clear from your energy field to make space for healing. After these trauma energies have cleared, both self-worth renewal energy and compassion for self also need to be called into your energy field.

Next, you need to consider whether or not self-worth and self-compassion trauma energies might both be gene-induced from your hereditary lines. Are these familial patterns you have seen in parents, grandparents, cousins, or aunt and uncles? If so, the presence of these issues may well be genetic in nature.

Lack of self-worth and compassion for self can also come from any type of abuse, violence, or life trauma energy such as loss of a parent or sibling.  Additionally, if a life trauma occurred before you were seven, you may have no awareness of it. If you grew up in a household of folks constantly pushing themselves, compassion for self may have rarely ever been experienced. Any of these traumas may be unknown to you at the conscious level.

Therefore, you need a systematic way to address all these issues. If you have the slightest inkling that you may carry these issues, here is an approach for healing these issues and all their symptoms. Keep at it until you get the desired results. All spiritual work needs to be done in Sacred Space.

Self-Worth and Self-Compassion Healing Protocol Steps, (Steps 3 and 4 of the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol).

Use the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol (6SSHP) for this work unless you have advanced to using the Divine Healing Protocol.* Repeat the 6SSHP for each work section given below. This wording is for Steps 3 and 4 of the 6SSHP .  Fill in the other steps from the 6SSHP as you do the healing. You may need a few days to complete this series of work.

For each of the steps below, speak the “call” aloud with conviction. No previous experience is needed here for success!

Genetic rebalancing

  • I call for the turning off of all genes( specific number if available) contributing to gene-induced self-worth trauma energy and all symptoms and I call for the turning on of all genes ( specific number if available**) needed to support self-worth development. Extend this to my entire genetic line.
  • I call for the turning off of all genes( specific number if available) contributing to gene-induced self-compassion trauma energy and all symptoms and I call for the turning on of all genes ( specific number if available**) needed to support compassion for self-development. Extend this to my entire genetic line.

Self-worth and Self-compassion trauma clearing

  • I call for the clearing of self-worth trauma energy and all symptoms.
  • I call for the clearing of self-compassion trauma energy and all symptoms.

Clearing for abuse, violence and life trauma energies

  • I call for the clearing of abuse trauma energy and all symptoms including self-worth and self-compassion trauma energy
  • I call for the clearing of violence trauma energy and all symptoms including self-worth and self-compassion trauma energy
  • I call for the clearing of life trauma energy and all symptoms including self-worth and self-compassion trauma energy

Call in self-worth and self-compassion

I call in the energies of self-worth and self-compassion to flow into my physical, energetic and auric fields bringing positive changes for my body, mind, and soul on a continuous basis until these energies fully manifest.

*Use each step of the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol. If you are fully competent with the Six-Step Healing Protocol, you can use the shorter process of the “Divine Healing Protocol” instead of using the full Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol.  For more, see: Is There a Shortcut to the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol?

** Those using pendulums in Sacred Space or those with auditory or sensory knowing may get specific numbers.

Allergies Can Be Healed

I have suffered with allergies for most of my adult life until recently. I was once told that I had allergic reactions to at least 620 different substances. Therefore, I have spent a long time learning how to do allergy healing for myself, family, and clients. Thankfully during those times, there were supplements and medications which helped. However, there were many spring pollen seasons when I could not enjoy the outside activities for a least ten weeks without feeling sick.

For allergies to natural outdoor substances around us, there are six general categories which need to be addressed. These include trees, grasses, weeds, shrubs, flowers, and plants. You need to clear for allergy to each category and also for the pollen for that category. Thus, clear for allergy to trees and tree pollen trauma energy and all symptoms and continue that for each category. Further, you need to clear for allergy to the concentration of pollen in the air itself. Pollen concentration is a specific and important factor.

If you have never done any healing for allergies, you need to the clear for one allergy at a time so that your body can detox in a way you can handle. In the beginning of such healing, detox can be as challenging in the short term as the allergy itself. All the toxins being held in the body related to, for example, allergy to weeds, will slough off from the body and then the body will re-balance in relation to that allergen. Detox can manifest as diarrhea, constipation, or tiredness. There can also be heightened allergy symptoms immediately after the healing. Typical detox can last two to four days and then your body no longer reacts to that substance as an allergen again. For more on detox, read this post earlier post on Detox.

Use the Six-Step Healing Protocol for the first allergy category you are healing. For Step 3, call for clearing for the allergen. So for flowers, call for “clearing for allergies to all flowers and flower pollen trauma energy and all symptoms,” for example. You might need to clear for a specific flower, perhaps even cut flowers you have inside in a vase. Complete the protocol. Wait a couple of days to see if you have any detox. When you are clear, proceed with the next category you want to address. Complete all detox before clearing for other allergens.

The pollen this year where I live is incredibly concentrated due to the late spring we are having in the Eastern United States. If you rarely have allergies to outdoor substances, but are having them this year, try starting with healing for the levels of concentration of pollen in the air trauma energy and all symptoms for Step 3 of the Six-Step Healing Protocol.

This healing process can also be used for any single substance such as mold, mildew, dust, milk, apples, dogs, wool, azaleas in your front yard, gluten, cats, corn, etc. If you suspect you have one of these allergies, use the Six-Step Healing Protocol to clear this from your field. With foods, give the body seven days before trying the food again. If you are an experienced user of the protocol, it is sufficient to call for Divine Healing Protocol to clear for allergy to mold (or another specific allergen) trauma energy and all symptoms.

If you use kinesiology or a pendulum, and you can accurately determine exactly what your allergy is, that speeds up this process considerably. For stubborn conditions, you have to consider there may be a genetic component to your allergic reactions. If you suspect this, open Sacred Space and begin by calling for all genes currently contributing to allergy to grass and grass pollen (or another specific allergen) trauma energy and all symptoms to be turned off for you and your entire genetic line. Then also do the regular healing as indicated above.

One other important note, the reactions we have to allergens are known as histamine reactions. Thus, some people take anti-histamines for allergies. If you have a serious and sudden onset of an allergic reaction, try the following. Open Sacred Space and say, “I call for my body to be cleared from the reaction to this current allergen trauma energy including the histamine reaction I am having right now. My thanks.”  Then when you have time and energy, do the more specific clearing for the cause of the allergy.

Working in Sacred Space you can call forth healing for any allergy you have! If at first, you do not succeed, keep at it. I have taken years to learn and refine this process, so using it will give you have a significant head start. Share your experiences and learning with me and others reading my blog by adding your comments to this post!  Anything you are learning could be helpful to others in our community.

Confronting Rage

Rage is unbridled anger spewing out. It is usually aimed at someone or something and we call it rage because we have no control over when it erupts or who it hurts. It is worth addressing directly!

Where can you start if you have raging reactions with yourself or with individuals? The good news is that it is possible to clear your own energy field of the underlying issues manifesting as rage. Begin by listing the issues that trigger your anger and rage. What situations get you into your state of rage? There are reasons for rage, but if they have not been addressed for years and years, these reasons may simply feel like part of “who you are”. Rage in not a personality trait. Rage is a response to deeply hurtful issues which have not fully healed. Only you have a sense of what triggers your anger and fans the flames into rage.

Rage is tricky when power issues are also involved such as with blowing up with your children, with a spouse who makes less money than you, or with an employee who works for you. Saying you are sorry for your anger or rage response is a necessary first step but it is also insufficient. Stopping the behavior is the only completely acceptable way out of anger and rage. These are some of the triggers for anger or rage.

  • Negative judgment of others’ behaviors
  • Feeling overwhelmed by the implications for you when another person “slacks” off
  • Feeling disrespected and/or belittled
  • Feeling disempowered to bring about any change
  • Feeling challenged by another’s words or behaviors
  • Wanting things to go the way you want them to go regardless of other viewpoints
  • Feeling unheard and unimportant
  • Carrying old unhealed feelings about anger and rage experiences in the past
  • Choosing rage in order to remain dominant in a relationship

Any of these triggers can cause anger and rage, or not. The issue is whether you can heal the feelings you have that cause the explosive responses. Healing your rage really has nothing to do with the situation or the other person(s) involved. The rage is coming from within you and has to be healed from within you.  As Einstein has noted, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”

These incidents of rage have to be healed from a higher level of consciousness. The Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol leads you through a process of clearing. When working in Sacred Space and in partnership with Divine Beings, you have a real opportunity to succeed in clearing rage from your energy field.

Quick Overview of Steps

  1. Open Sacred Space
  2. Make a list of the feelings you felt when you reacted with anger that grew into rage
  3. Name the trauma energies you carry which fueled the rage
  4. Call for the clearing of the trauma energies you felt
  5. Give thanks

Example Case

Brad frequently yelled with rage at Tim, his son, when he was “goofing” off and not doing what Brad thought he was supposed to be doing. Brad called him lazy, self-involved, a total waste of a person, and not even worth his time, among other things. He also lambasted Tim regularly for being a slob. This caused anger responses from Tim, frequently strained interactions between Brad and his son, and more and more distance between them.

Brad identified the following trauma energies he was carrying which caused him rage at Tim.

  • Rage, anger, and blame with Tim trauma energy and all symptoms
  • Fear that Tim was going to fail his classes trauma energy and all symptoms
  • Fear that his son would always be a failure trauma energy and all symptoms
  • Fear that his son had no good motivations trauma energy and all symptoms
  • Anger at Tim for squandering his opportunities (that Brad was working hard to offer him) trauma energy and all symptoms
  • Anger at his own Dad (for browbeating him all through high school) trauma energy
  • Resentment that his current boss blasted him regularly (for any small oversight) trauma energy

All these trauma energies were cleared from Brad’s field by using the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol and new ways of working with Tim slowly came into their lives. He returned often to clear for other triggers he realized he was carrying which was helping in all the places anger and rage had been showing up.

Look at your rage and anger!  Figure out what is behind the strong emotions you feel. Ask for Help in Sacred Space and clear for all the trauma energy you can name that might be fueling your rage. More peace, balance, and health awaits you.  Your body, your energy field, your family, friends, and colleagues will all benefit from your doing this inner work!

Do Your Inner Work and Heal Your Life

When you do not pay attention to your inner self, the unhealed energies build up and your body and life start to manifest imbalances. Your inner self includes your thoughts, your dreams, your imaginings, your feelings, and your self-talk. Your emotional, physical, and mental energies are affected. The longer you put off attending to your inner self, the louder your body and life circumstances scream at you through pain and feeling stuck, “Pay attention!”

Most of us have grown up taking baths or showers, washing our hair, brushing our teeth, hopefully exercising and paying attention to what we eat and generally caring for our bodies. Few of us, however, do inner work as part of our daily routine. Inner work focuses on strengthening your relationship with All That Is/God/Divine Source and using that power to clear out your unhelpful patterns and feelings. Inner work can clear all the thoughts, feelings, fears, perceptions, and doubts that negatively affect your daily life. Inner work is more than prayer and meditation. Inner work means listening in silence and acting on what you hear as you connect with Divine Presence.

Many of you suffering from chronic imbalances already have clear motivation to do your inner work. For everyone else, consider this is an invitation to become proactive in doing inner work so that you clear old stuck patterns from your field before they create physical, emotional, or mental imbalances for you.

Some of the hardest issues to clear are familial patterns of fear, doubt, uncertainty, abuse, and judgment. What we grow up with sticks to us in one way or another. Just this past week a hidden pocket of old judgment reared its ugly head for my attention and clearing. Though I had probably had those issues with me since I was 21, I had never realized them until now. Inner work is continuous, throughout all eternity. The Ascended Masters have shared that they do this type of work continuously even after ascending, meaning after they die, with the knowing that they are both human and Divine. They have shared that they work daily on their inner issues as well. The process never stops. However, only you can begin this work and it takes determination and practice. Inner work is your regular spiritual maintenance program.

What issues are strongly affecting you?  Name one of them and use the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol to clear it from your field. Then pick another one and do it again.

A client shared that she was still carrying anger at her ex-husband for his lack of attention to their children’s needs. This was causing frequent anxiety and panic attacks. There is nothing we can do about another’s choices. We can only change our relationship to those choices. My client used the Six-Step Healing Protocol to clear for negative judgment and perceptions of her ex-husband, anger at his lack of attention to their children, resentment and rage that she always has to pick up the slack, and anger and yelling trauma energy when disagreements arose.

She realized that all the old patterns of their marriage were still unhealed and within her, even after their divorce.  After the work, she said she felt lighter and less anxious. She has had a noticeable drop in panic attacks. She was seeing other ways to negotiate with her ex-husband rather than getting angry and feeling resentful. She did not know her old unhealed energy could actually be healed. She reported feeling more optimistic.

Do not wait another day to begin!  Take the time in Sacred Space to name the issues draining you and do your inner work! If you want more help, sign up for my beginning tutorial which can have you doing your inner work effectively and confidently in three days in under 10 minutes each day.  Every single person in body really needs a way to do inner work! Discover yours.

Clear the FEAR

Fear is on my mind today. Fear comes in many forms. We hear about it on the news, we read about it in other media, we feel it with our relationships, children, health, job, travel, government, and the environment. Fear is with us constantly UNLESS, we clear for fears frequently.

If you do nothing else for your spiritual health, make a habit of clearing away your fears. This will truly lighten your energy and bring peace to your thoughts, dreams, interactions, and body. There are 365 references to fear in the Bible, one for every day. This is a really good indicator that fear is as present as air, water, and sky. The unique truth about fear, however, is that because we create and feed our fear, we can also command fear right out of our energy fields.

Fear does not need to be a constant companion always lurking in the background. If you try to ignore fears, they just remain and actually grow within because you are ignoring them. You are not meant to carry fear so if you are carrying fear, it will make itself known in many ways as your soul’s way of saying, pay attention to this fear! You have to name those fears you do not want to look at and command them out of your energy field.

Some of the big fears are fear of how we look, feel, present ourselves, and interact with others. Fear of being alone, unloved, unhappy and saddled with an unhealthy relationship are prevalent. Fear of being a failure, not measuring up, not making a contribution, not feeling important, not making a difference, not finding a good place to be and not having a way forward are truly present in epidemic proportions. Fear for our loved ones, for our world, of losing our partner or child, of falling apart and fear of death rate right up there in the top one hundred. Just reading about all these fears can dampen one’s sense of wellbeing. Imagine what living with these fears does to us! It is not a pretty picture.

You often keep these fears hidden from your consciousness as a way of thinking you are not being affected by them. However, this is fallacious thinking. If you have a fear anywhere in your field, it affects you whether or not you are conscious of it and whether or not you are hiding from it. The only way to be free of fears is to name them and command them out of your energy field.  Otherwise, the fears fester and grow. Consider taking up this cleansing and profoundly freeing approach to spiritual health. It is an easy thing to do.

1.  Use the Six-Step Healing Protocol to open Sacred Space and begin

2. Name the fear, such as fear of panic-attack trauma energy and all symptoms

3. Follow the six-steps to clear the fear from your field

That’s it. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you profusely by coming into greater and greater balance.
