The Other

My heart aches and hurts
The hatred of the Other is just everywhere
In hearts, in words, in news, across the globe
In the fabric of the past
In the trajectory of the future

I so need a respite from hatred of the Other
From the darkness of the fear around me
From the active hatred of those who are seemingly different
From the unexamined actions of the fearful
From the harmful experiences of one against another

We are from the same cloth, the same Light, the same Oneness
But bitter darkness comes from within you
It is externally aimed but inwardly cultivated
The we-ness and the they-ness continually fed
A well worn path of judgement, costing all in body

Seek within, seek the Light, seek Forgiveness
Seek to clear the anger, the fear, and the pride
Consuming you and all you come into contact with
This is not your true self
Only a step along your eternal path

Profoundly enter Silence, be Kindness, hold Peace
These paths lead to healing
Lead to release from fear and terror
Lead to another way to move forward

There is really, truly, no Other
Their seeming presence is for our learning
We get to learn these lessons
Lifetime after lifetime
Varied circumstances, same lessons

We come here to heal the we-ness, they-ness
Take this up with yourself
Stop the madness around you
Seek Peace and Forgiveness

Mind Creates Matter

What we think, how we feel about our thoughts, and how we react to these thoughts has a huge impact on every aspect of our lives including our bodies. When working in Sacred Space, I have been repeatedly led to seek answers to physical imbalances from places where energy is blocked. In other words, I get nudged to look for stuck energies so through clearing, new balance levels can manifest for specific bodies or situations. This has consistently worked well with all sorts of physical and relationship imbalances.

You may have heard the saying, “What you pay attention to grows”. If you keep thinking that you are not up to a particular task, it is very hard to do that task well or at all. If you keep thinking about how underweight and ugly you feel you are, you can focus on this so strongly that nothing else about you registers or seems to matter. Imagine all the thoughts you have in a given day and their impact on your body. What you think determines how you function but also how your body creates itself. So, becoming aware of your thoughts is paramount to being able to change those thoughts towards the positive.

Imbalances shared with me about one’s body, relationships, work, or life circumstances all initiate looking at thought processes.The imbalances serve to teach us that some of our thoughts are not helpful. The imbalances we have in our lives and bodies begin with imbalances in our thoughts and can be exacerbated by our feelings.

A client* felt that she had had no success in her life with men. She had been divorced twice and was dating again. She was seriously wondering whether she was even likable to any man. In Sacred Space work, the Divine beings around her indicated  that she had hidden fears about being able to be her true self in an intimate relationship. She was blocked from having workable relationships with men because of this hidden fear.  As she cleared these issues at all levels of consciousness, (conscious, subconscious, unconscious, and supra-conscious) she began to find compatible men to date and began to change her negative self-perception about how she was seen by men.

Another person had bone marrow cancer in several of his bones. When we began seeking the reasons behind this, it was revealed that he had created a life contract for pain and suffering so that he could develop more compassion for others in pain. When this set of unhelpful thoughts healed regarding his life contract, he healed from bone marrow cancer without any chemo or radiation. We called for Divine vibrational intervention for all affected bones and that was enough for all his bones to heal.

Thoughts are very powerful and impact energy in your life, your body, and your relationships. So, how do you work with this effectively? Seek to determine what negative or unhelpful thoughts can be connected to the imbalance you are dealing with. Open Sacred Space and put this question to the Divine Beings working with you. They are present to help you. If nothing comes immediately, pay attention to your thoughts in the next few days. You will very likely be guided to the thoughts that are the culprits causing the imbalance.

A client reported with distress that her relationship with her husband was no longer affectionate. She asked in Sacred Space for guidance as to what she might be doing that was causing this. In the next three days, she realized she carried negative judgment energy about her husband regarding a number of issues. These were not areas she had even raised with her husband. However, the stuck energy was being shown to her so that she could clear all negative judgment trauma energy manifesting as a lack of affection and closeness between herself and her husband.  Their relationship changed in lovely ways with more two-way affection being shared. The clearing we do for ourselves often affects others around us as well.

Monitor your thoughts. Begin to challenge those thoughts that are negative and unhelpful. This is a good proactive approach to cleaning up your brain. Use Silence to pose your questions that are bothering you and ask how you may be unwittingly creating the imbalances you are experiencing. This is a powerful way to move into balance in your life, relationships, body, and health.

How to Heal Genetic Imbalances

Some of the repeating, undesirable traits and patterns we have are due to genetic imbalances. Working in Sacred Space with Divine Source, you can clear genetic imbalances by calling for unhelpful genes to be turned off and helpful genes to be turned on. I continue to be amazed at the breadth of imbalances that are present due to genetic programming. The first genes I worked with were related to the gene-induced dimensions of physical ailments such as digestion issues, retaining excess fat, and heart imbalances. Increasingly, I am now finding that many non-physical imbalances, especially chronic imbalances, have genetic origins as well.

I have found that chronic forms of shame, criticism, addiction, self-deprecation, anger, anguish, inability to trust or bond, and anxiety can all have genetic roots. In other words, there may be chronic behaviors, reactions, or fears you want to address that can be healed by calling for genetic rebalancing for specific issues.

Any medical or behavioral efforts designed to address gene-induced imbalances such as anger, migraines, mistrust, agoraphobia, addiction, insomnia, or shame, can only have partial success. When there is a genetic component to imbalances, whether physical, social, emotional, psychological, or spiritual, the related genes need to be addressed for full healing to take place. I worked with a client for several years who was steadfastly working on self-blame issues in numerous ways. Until we cleared for the gene-induced self-blame energy, she could not completely heal from the tendency to blame herself for a range of issues and life events.

I have found that you can call for genes to be turned off which are causing your gene-induced imbalance. You can also call for genes to be turned on to help heal from the gene-induced imbalance you are manifesting.

Before you try to call in healing for gene-induced imbalances, I recommend you clear your field if you have doubts about being able to call in effective healing at the genetic level, begin by opening Sacred Space and clearing the doubts out loud as follows:

“I call for Divine Healing Protocol* to clear all doubt trauma energy and all symptoms I am carrying that limits my ability to effectively call in genetic healing with my deepest thanks.”

If you are holding any unforgiveness of self or others, you must call for that healing as well before moving further. Open Sacred Space first and then speak aloud: “I call for Divine Healing Protocol to clear all unforgiveness trauma energy and all symptoms I am carrying for myself or any others with my profound thanks. ”  Now you are ready to call in genetic-level healing.

Steps for healing for gene-induced imbalances.

1. Open Sacred Space and name the gene-induced imbalance you have or suspect you have such as gene-induced anger, self-blame, criticism, artery imbalances, guilt, regret, cancer, high cholesterol, painful knees, etc.

2. Determine how many genes need to be turned off that are contributing to your gene-induced imbalance. If you do not have those skills through a pendulum, kinesiology, or other means, call for all genes contributing to your gene-induced imbalance to be turned off.

“I call for 32 genes (all genes) contributing to gene-induced breast cancer to be turned off. “

3. Determine how many genes need to be turned on to help you heal from your gene-induced imbalance. If you do not have those skills through a pendulum, kinesiology, or other means, call for all genes that can support healing from your gene-induced imbalance to be turned on. (The number of genes needing to be turned on is always less than the number of genes being turned off. )

” I call for 18 genes (all genes) to be turned on which can help me heal from gene-induced breast cancer and all symptoms.” 

4. “I call forth Divine Healing Protocol for all remaining blocked energies manifesting as gene-induced (fill in the imbalance) trauma energy and all symptoms.”

5. “Thank you Divine Source/God/Allah and all Divine Beings working in partnership with me today on these issues.”

*Divine Healing Protocol incorporates all steps of the Six-Step Healing Protocol in one phrase, Divine Healing Protocol. If you are uncertain or unaccustomed to using the Divine Healing Protocol, refresh your memory by referring to the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol. Confronting Rage

Rage is unbridled anger spewing out. It is usually aimed at someone or something and we call it rage because we have no control over when it erupts or who it hurts. It is worth addressing directly!

Where can you start if you have raging reactions with yourself or with individuals? The good news is that it is possible to clear your own energy field of the underlying issues manifesting as rage. Begin by listing the issues that trigger your anger and rage. What situations get you into your state of rage? There are reasons for rage, but if they have not been addressed for years and years, these reasons may simply feel like part of “who you are”. Rage in not a personality trait. Rage is a response to deeply hurtful issues which have not fully healed. Only you have a sense of what triggers your anger and fans the flames into rage.

Rage is tricky when power issues are also involved such as with blowing up with your children, with a spouse who makes less money than you, or with an employee who works for you. Saying you are sorry for your anger or rage response is a necessary first step but it is also insufficient. Stopping the behavior is the only completely acceptable way out of anger and rage. These are some of the triggers for anger or rage.

  • Negative judgment of others’ behaviors
  • Feeling overwhelmed by the implications for you when another person “slacks” off
  • Feeling disrespected and/or belittled
  • Feeling disempowered to bring about any change
  • Feeling challenged by another’s words or behaviors
  • Wanting things to go the way you want them to go regardless of other viewpoints
  • Feeling unheard and unimportant
  • Carrying old unhealed feelings about anger and rage experiences in the past
  • Choosing rage in order to remain dominant in a relationship

Any of these triggers can cause anger and rage, or not. The issue is whether you can heal the feelings you have that cause the explosive responses. Healing your rage really has nothing to do with the situation or the other person(s) involved. The rage is coming from within you and has to be healed from within you.  As Einstein has noted, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”

These incidents of rage have to be healed from a higher level of consciousness. The Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol leads you through a process of clearing. When working in Sacred Space and in partnership with Divine Beings, you have a real opportunity to succeed in clearing rage from your energy field.

Quick Overview of Steps

  1. Open Sacred Space
  2. Make a list of the feelings you felt when you reacted with anger that grew into rage
  3. Name the trauma energies you carry which fueled the rage
  4. Call for the clearing of the trauma energies you felt
  5. Give thanks

Example Case

Brad frequently yelled with rage at Tim, his son, when he was “goofing” off and not doing what Brad thought he was supposed to be doing. Brad called him lazy, self-involved, a total waste of a person, and not even worth his time, among other things. He also lambasted Tim regularly for being a slob. This caused anger responses from Tim, frequently strained interactions between Brad and his son, and more and more distance between them.

Brad identified the following trauma energies he was carrying which caused him rage at Tim.

  • Rage, anger, and blame with Tim trauma energy and all symptoms
  • Fear that Tim was going to fail his classes trauma energy and all symptoms
  • Fear that his son would always be a failure trauma energy and all symptoms
  • Fear that his son had no good motivations trauma energy and all symptoms
  • Anger at Tim for squandering his opportunities (that Brad was working hard to offer him) trauma energy and all symptoms
  • Anger at his own Dad (for browbeating him all through high school) trauma energy
  • Resentment that his current boss blasted him regularly (for any small oversight) trauma energy

All these trauma energies were cleared from Brad’s field by using the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol and new ways of working with Tim slowly came into their lives. He returned often to clear for other triggers he realized he was carrying which was helping in all the places anger and rage had been showing up.

Look at your rage and anger!  Figure out what is behind the strong emotions you feel. Ask for Help in Sacred Space and clear for all the trauma energy you can name that might be fueling your rage. More peace, balance, and health awaits you.  Your body, your energy field, your family, friends, and colleagues will all benefit from your doing this inner work!

Do Your Inner Work and Heal Your Life

When you do not pay attention to your inner self, the unhealed energies build up and your body and life start to manifest imbalances. Your inner self includes your thoughts, your dreams, your imaginings, your feelings, and your self-talk. Your emotional, physical, and mental energies are affected. The longer you put off attending to your inner self, the louder your body and life circumstances scream at you through pain and feeling stuck, “Pay attention!”

Most of us have grown up taking baths or showers, washing our hair, brushing our teeth, hopefully exercising and paying attention to what we eat and generally caring for our bodies. Few of us, however, do inner work as part of our daily routine. Inner work focuses on strengthening your relationship with All That Is/God/Divine Source and using that power to clear out your unhelpful patterns and feelings. Inner work can clear all the thoughts, feelings, fears, perceptions, and doubts that negatively affect your daily life. Inner work is more than prayer and meditation. Inner work means listening in silence and acting on what you hear as you connect with Divine Presence.

Many of you suffering from chronic imbalances already have clear motivation to do your inner work. For everyone else, consider this is an invitation to become proactive in doing inner work so that you clear old stuck patterns from your field before they create physical, emotional, or mental imbalances for you.

Some of the hardest issues to clear are familial patterns of fear, doubt, uncertainty, abuse, and judgment. What we grow up with sticks to us in one way or another. Just this past week a hidden pocket of old judgment reared its ugly head for my attention and clearing. Though I had probably had those issues with me since I was 21, I had never realized them until now. Inner work is continuous, throughout all eternity. The Ascended Masters have shared that they do this type of work continuously even after ascending, meaning after they die, with the knowing that they are both human and Divine. They have shared that they work daily on their inner issues as well. The process never stops. However, only you can begin this work and it takes determination and practice. Inner work is your regular spiritual maintenance program.

What issues are strongly affecting you?  Name one of them and use the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol to clear it from your field. Then pick another one and do it again.

A client shared that she was still carrying anger at her ex-husband for his lack of attention to their children’s needs. This was causing frequent anxiety and panic attacks. There is nothing we can do about another’s choices. We can only change our relationship to those choices. My client used the Six-Step Healing Protocol to clear for negative judgment and perceptions of her ex-husband, anger at his lack of attention to their children, resentment and rage that she always has to pick up the slack, and anger and yelling trauma energy when disagreements arose.

She realized that all the old patterns of their marriage were still unhealed and within her, even after their divorce.  After the work, she said she felt lighter and less anxious. She has had a noticeable drop in panic attacks. She was seeing other ways to negotiate with her ex-husband rather than getting angry and feeling resentful. She did not know her old unhealed energy could actually be healed. She reported feeling more optimistic.
