Banished Again Today

I am utterly lost, I feel alone
Suffering has come to stay
There is no energy for life today
Perhaps never to return

Is there lasting relief, somewhere?
Nothing holds a bright spark for me
Why does the Lightness come and go?
This darkness envelops me so

Something is so deeply amiss
I am warring within my self
My heart wants to soar and soar
My mind says, no way, no way

Fear keeps chanting
You are of no use, no use
My mind keeps repeating
Who do you think you are, you are?

Why does this harshness slay me?
I slip into my littleness
I forget who I have truly been
I believe the critic, yet again

Is there any hope left for me?
Do I deserve to be happy?
Can I pierce this raw energy?
Drawn knots keep me so deeply bound

Abject fear has a grip on me
Writhing and grabbing my insides
Shaking me up from head to toe
What is it I need to let go?

Ah, the belief that I am of no count
Worthless, washed up, and bottomed out
The thought that I have nothing to offer
That I am needy, small, and such a bother

Who is this harsh and bold critic?
She resides here permanently
Ever lurking in the background
Constantly preparing to pounce

I command total rejection of her spells
Never again to believe the taunts and lies
I command her to leave me in peace
I command in all the help I need

I cast her away from me
I see her crumble and flee
She is never to return in any way
She is totally banished again today

What is Spiritual Healing?

This is true for all beings. Spiritual healing can transform the misperceptions you carry and the blocked energies that affect your life.  When you feel unworthy of being loved or lost regarding next steps in your life, spiritual healing can help you. Spiritual healing works on how you feel about yourself and others, from the inside out. Therefore looking inside, listening, being in Silence, brings these issues to your awareness. Spiritual healing encourages you to connect with the Divine Source within and around you for clarity, support, guidance, and for the healing of stuck energy. If you command out specific blocked energies that are causing specific problems, you will see positive changes.

Spiritual healing differs from other forms of healing in that the work is always carried out in a consciously sacred environment, one you can set up to suit yourself. Therefore, when you call in Divine Source/God/The Great I AM, you will be working in partnership with Divine Energy. This is a universal truth not just true for a few. All human beings can cultivate a special connection with God. All of you are wired for Divine connection. You are by virtue of being in body, already connected with Divine Source. You have to be the one to activate this connection though. Otherwise, the connection remains dormant. It is never withdrawn, it simply waits for you to activate it. It is not a given that you will knowingly connect with Divine Source unless you make it happen. You can choose to live your life with a robust conscious connection with the Oneness/All That Is or choose to live with no conscious connection the Great Spirit at all.

Some people choose not to activate a conscious relationship with God. They feel there is no Divine Source and that there is nothing beyond this physical lifetime. Others feel that believing in something you can’t see is foolish. There are tons of reasons for not believing in God. Mostly, however, those are based on inaccurate human definitions of an all powerful God who controls absolutely everything. When you look around, there are millions of things happening daily that point to seeming reasons for believing there is no God or at least one not available to you. However, all those incidents, conditions, or imbalances are the results of individuals who are not plugged into God energy. Divine Energy works through you and when you are not open to it, your energy can get channeled into actions, issues, and deeds that are not of the Light. Activate a relationship with Divine Source today!

God energy is within, as well as throughout the Universe. Everything about you is wired for connection to your higher self, to your soul, and to the partnership with Divine Oneness. This Divine connection is like having faith that you have insides to your body. You can’t see those insides, though you feel their presence acutely when things go haywire. You get told that there are arteries and veins, tissues and bones inside your body casing. You mostly believe this even though very few people have seen the inner workings. You know there is something inside of you that needs attention and care.

God’s energy is like that. You can go along as disconnected as you choose, and suddenly, one day, you have an awakening to something larger than daily life and bodies. Something brings profound changes to your life.  You may be one of those to get a switched on Light experience. However, waiting for that to happen can be a long wait.

I entreat you to  consider asking for help to connect with Divine Source energy today. Make the choice to explore the possibility that there is something not only beyond what you can see but eternally present with you.  This is a leap of faith, but it is one that will enrich every aspect of your life. Go inside and face the skepticism, the fear of being more than what you see, and call forth the opportunity to grow peace of mind. Also, keep doing this regardless of the nay saying in your mind. Keep showing up and asking for connection.

The main reason to seek Divine connection is that is how you cultivate peace of mind. All the misperceptions you carry about yourself, all the anger and obsessions you feel towards yourself and others, all the discontent you feel with parts of your life are all indications that seeking within is waiting. The mind will run us if we do not actively counter the darkness we carry within. Every single step you take to address that which is out of balance will expand your consciousness and bring you closer to inner peace, health, and well being.  Try it over and over again, without giving up. This is the most important step you can take in your life. No institution, pathway, or specific teachings are needed do this. Just simply begin. All you need will be given as long as you continue to show up. This is the first step to spiritual healing. The rest will be given for eternity.

Make a Loving Choice

Beloved, who among us is not without fault?
It is through fault that we have the opportunity for compassion
It is through fault that we can forgive
It is through fault that we can cultivate humility

Fault is an invitation to awareness
When we are in the wrong, it indicates that we are paying attention
That we are being given the opportunity for a different outcome
That we can choose to make the fault right

Of course, we have to begin with the desire to be at peace
That is an inner choice only we can make
We have complete control over what we want to project
Even if we do not project exactly as we might intend

We are given all the chances we need
To be the person we want to be
We have lifetimes to hone our behavior
To practice apologizing and setting relationships right

What keeps us from truly setting things right with others?
Pride, haughtiness, arrogance, shame, and guilt
All play to our smallest selves, keep us tied up inside
Unable to extend peace, defending our image of perfection

When we hang onto being right, we die a bit inside
We clog the avenues of love and kindness
We disconnect from our own true selves
Loving, caring, humble, gracious, open beings

Our souls place us where we can learn to make a loving choice
Grief, embarrassment, regret, and twisted insides may be present
But we are in charge of who we choose to be
How we choose to react and how we project

We will continue to be given the chance for peace
The chance to make different, loving, repairing choices
The chance to swallow pride and banish righteousness
The chance to be the person, we truly are

Will you take that chance today?
To repair a strained relationship?
To heal the darkness separating you from another?
To risk being rejected, even while you are making the loving choice?

Herein lies the way to inner peace
Herein lies the way to healing and respect
Herein lies the way to health and joy
Make a loving choice when fault comes knocking at your door.

Meditate!

Meditate! It is truly the best way you can take care of yourself. This does not take the place of exercise and healthy eating but it does expand your ability to cope, to feel at peace, to feel connected to Divine Wholeness, to figure out your feelings and address them and a myriad of other positive effects.  In these bodies, at this time, meditating is essential to stay centered and positive. There is so much to be fearful of, so much to drain your energy, so much to worry about, and so much to knock you off kilter. Meditating allows you to recenter, to just be in the present moment and to breath fully. When you seek the Stillness and Silence, you will also become aware of what is bothering you, what you are afraid of, how you are not attending to yourself, and how you are being taken out by your unprocessed feelings about everything.

Why don’t you do it? I have heard every excuse in the book about why people don’t meditate. These reasons for not meditating keep growing until you try it. Until you really sit and be still, sit and be with your racing mind, or sit and seek connection.  You may be afraid of what you will find within. You may feel that meditating does not immediately respond to the issues you are facing. You may feel that seeing one more friend or doing one more round on the track is more beneficial than being still.  Whatever reasons you have for not meditating, they are not serving you well.

Meditation expands your sense of personal power, personal efficacy, personal integrity, and inner peace.  Meditating supports all of the efforts you are making in the outer world as well. It enables you to determine what is affecting you in negative ways. Meditating is a self-loving act of the hugest proportions.

The racing mind is always there.  When you meditate, you can learn to set down the racing mind and to breath in Silence. You learn that you are not alone when you meditate, you are connecting to the energy of Wholeness, Goodness and Eternal Connection. You are way more than your body and your life. You are literally here to learn how to Love more, yourself and others. All the rest is the staging that you are moving through for these learnings.  The only lasting thing you will create in your life is Love. All else is transitory. Even a legacy, being remembered for who you were and what you accomplished  is transitory.  However, the Love you give and receive is lasting because that shapes your soul, your eternal energy, and your consciousness.

As we know from science, matter does not disappear, it changes form. We change between form and formlessness again and again in our eternal journeys. What we take with us is the ability to manifest LOVE!  Meditation is an inner process to help you learn how to truly love yourself, others, and all that you are facing, even profound loss.  You can persistently try to do this through focusing on your external life.  It is much easier though to learn about loving self and others through an inner journey, even for extroverts, than to repeatedly make the same poor choices, to your repeated dismay.

Meditation is a learning process. You have the option of working through ineffective beliefs, reactions, and feelings without negatively affecting others and therefore yourself in real time. It is a win/win process.

The issue for many people is what to do with the feelings that come up in Silence. FACE THEM!! That is how you set them down and move on.  Name the feelings and command them out of your energy field. Unless you already have a process you love that does that, use the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol as a way to clear out unhelpful  thoughts, feelings, and perceptions. Further, if you simply show up in meditation, open Sacred Space and sit, you will be led to the issues you most need to clear. The biggest boon is that as you show up, you get better at meditating. You will, with time, feel more peaceful. Keep showing up and trying this! You will also get more proficient in realizing where you are stuck and in clearing out blocked energies so that you can move more lightly through your day.  Meditate!

All else will be given.

Creating Thankful Space

Thankfulness is a state of being. It grows as you grow in consciousness. As you become closer to God/Divine Source/Great Spirit, thankfulness expands. You come closer to Divine Source by going within and healing feelings, perceptions, assumptions, judgments, and fears that are not aligned with Divine Love. It is doable. Regularly get rid of all these energies you do not want anyway (use Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol). Then consciousness expands and thankfulness becomes the natural outcome of carrying less negative, draining energy.

Clearing unwanted energies is an Eternal process. It never stops whether you are in body or not in body. You never reach the finish line. You are never without some way to expand thankfulness, consciousness, peace, love, forgiveness and balance. This journey is for always, for multi-millions of years, beyond anything you can imagine with your mind. Therefore, I find it helpful to feel the love energy we call thankfulness with all that I am experiencing in the present moment.

Living in thankfulness takes practice and dedication. Being thankful is naturally the easiest, when everything is going well. It is hardest when you are in a seemingly undesirable situation that you fear will never come right. Therefore begin right now frequently cultivating thankfulness for your present moments. This can become a mind, heart, and soul practice with enormous benefits!

Over time even tough situations that disrupt your sense of balance and peace, often end up enabling lasting inner peace. If you cast out the feelings and thoughts you have that drain or upset you, you become free of those energies. When this happens enough, you will be able to see a tough situation as an opportunity for more peace. Then even with challenging feelings and situations, you can give thanks knowing you are entering into an opportunity for greater peace and wholeness.

Being thankful is a type of love. Whatever you focus on grows.  If you are constantly looking for the next big moment in your life, focused on what should be, or seeking to escape what is, thankfulness rarely shows up. If you focus on what is and cultivate the awareness of being thankful, that grows. It is actually autocatalytic. Feeling thankful begets more thankful feelings.

Why would you want to do this? Being thankful comes from a loving heart. When you practice thankfulness you are growing your loving heart. The heart needs training like the mind. The heart may have developed in the midst of sorrow, fear, loss, violence, regret, shame, abuse, or danger. If you make conscious decisions to be thankful, you are teaching your heart a different way of being, one that manifests joy, peace, balance, appreciation, and well-being. Focusing on thankfulness grows more positive feelings, which attract more positive energy and people to you. It is like loving your life and yourself into wholeness.

Commit to manifesting a perpetual state of thankfulness. When it is not present, you will begin to notice that something is keeping that natural love energy from flowing. When you are off, down, drained, and unthankful, something inside needs attention. Don’t stuff it and try to ignore it. Also don’t stew about crummy feelings and troubled energy confusing you.  It has come up for a reason.

Take time in Silence and seek the core imbalances that are causing your down, unthankful state of being. Take a guess!  Write down the feelings causing your imbalance. List all that is causing your hosed up love and thankfulness energy. Then use the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol to effectively clear your energy field. Thankfulness naturally flows in and around you when you are steadily clearing blocked, stuck, troubling energy in your field. May thankfulness return to you 1000 fold!
