Healing When Feeling Down

When you are feeling down, it is helpful to act like a detective and seek the causes of your low energy. We often just ignore these symptoms and assume the low energy will pass and that it is probably temporary. However, the body talks to us daily. If we stop and listen to our body when we first feel tired or down, we can often get an intuitive knowing about the reasons for the low energy. The ignoring of the down feelings does not make them go away or enable us to truly move on.

If you use kinesiology or a pendulum, you can check specific issues causing the low energy. If you meditate, take the following issues into Silence and seek clarification for what is affecting your energy. Addressing these issues immediately can help you avoid serious repercussions from the low energy. Low energy is a real symptom and it is your body speaking to some imbalance in your system. Here is a list of the most common issues causing down, draggy, or tired energy.

Check your body first

Are you getting :
enough water
Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, iron, iodine and/or kelp
enough sleep
enough protein
enough fresh vegetables
enough time outdoors
enough down time

Are you:
in detox from healing
having an allergic reaction
having insomnia
coming down with a virus or infection
having a recurring pain affecting your energy
reacting to alcohol or drug consumption

Check your emotions

Are you having unresolved or disturbing issues:
with a person
with your body
at work
with unforgiveness, blame, shame, guilt, apathy, anger, fear, grief, pride, desire, etc.
in your dreams
with the way you spend your time
with your self perception
with an aspect of your life
with specific national/global issues

If a physical change can affect your energy, make that physical change immediately.  If the issue cannot be directly impacted physically, use the Six-Step Spiritual Spiritual Healing Protocol to clear blocked energies causing you low energy. Then these imbalances will not build up affecting your immune system and possibly causing larger issues.

Example 1

Ramona was having low energy due to a situation at work. She cleared for “not receiving the recognition she felt she deserved at work” trauma energy and all symptoms including low energy.

Elizabeth was having disturbing dreams nightly. She cleared for “turmoil around her relationship with her mother trauma energy” and all symptoms including bad dreams.

Jordan was down about not making enough money to cover his expenses monthly. He cleared for “fear and worry about not being able to meet his monthly expenses” trauma energy and all symptoms including beating up on himself.

Paul was having second thoughts about remaining in the program of study he had chosen in college. He cleared for “having second thoughts about studying theater” trauma energy and all symptoms including having no energy and feeling confused.

Rob was having pain in his left thigh every time he tried to work out. He cleared for “left thigh pain and misalignment” trauma energy and all symptoms including feeling down.

In these situations and many others, when the offending issues were cleared, the energy changed for the better. Further, each person was able to move on from the cause of the low energy and their life took new directions. As long as your body is speaking to you about some imbalance such as low or down energy, you are being called to listen and make the needed changes.  If you do not listen, you get louder and louder indications of imbalances in the body until you stop and try to figure out really what is causing the imbalance. Listen to your body. Assume you can affect the changes you want because you can.  Use the Six-Step Spiritual Healing Protocol to respond to down or low levels of energy and any other issues you become aware of in the process of paying attention to your body.

Healing Chronic Pain and Other Chronic Conditions

The National Institutes of Health released research study findings that are helping to elucidate the role of a stress gene in contributing to chronic pain. This means that if you have chronic pain of any kind, the pain may be caused by genetic patterns triggered by stress. This is a ground breaking medical finding in that we have never had conclusive results proving that gene-induced stress leads to chronic pain. It is also great news for those of you using spiritual healing because you can actually call for healing of gene induced stress trauma energy and all symptoms including chronic pain in Sacred Space with excellent chances of healing.

Chronic pain causes deep suffering. Therefore, I want to share my version of how you can clear blocked energy for yourself and loved ones who may be living with chronic pain or one of the other chronic conditions listed below in the healing steps. The pain can be emotional, mental, spiritual, thermal (self-protective) as well as physical in nature. The NIH study was focused on physical pain but other types of pain were indicated by Divine Source that can also be triggered by gene-induced stress.

We have medically significant research connecting gene-induced stress with chronic pain. Further, Divine Healing Entities verified that other chronic conditions including insomnia, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, Aspergers’s, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic attacks, chronic worrying, Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, Crohn’s, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) listed in the healing steps below can be similarly linked to gene-induced stress. This is just an initial list and other disorders and imbalances will probably continue to be connected to gene-induced stress trauma energy as research is expanded. You can now use all the steps in this following spiritual healing protocol to manifest lasting healing.

Gene-induced stress trauma energy healing protocol for chronic imbalances. 

  1. Open Sacred Space for you and the person you are working with.
  2.  I call for all genes to be turned off that contribute to gene induced stress trauma energy and all symptoms, including ______________ (select the imbalance you are addressing) chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, Aspergers’s, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic attacks, chronic worrying, Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, Crohn’s, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) insomnia, etc. for ____________________ (name of person with imbalances).
  3. I call for all the genes to be turned on that can help _____________________(name of person) heal from gene induced stress trauma energy and all symptoms manifesting as  ______________ (select the imbalance you are addressing) chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, Aspergers’s, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic attacks, chronic worrying, Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, Crohn’s, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  4. I call for Divine Healing Protocol* for gene induced stress trauma energy and all symptoms for ______________________ (name of person) until such time as all the stress trauma is rebalanced including all symptoms.
  5. I call for Divine vibrational intervention for all parts of the body, where imbalances exists due to gene induced stress trauma energy until such time as all symptoms are in balance.
  6. I call upon Divine Beings working with me to send all this healing which has been received in this dimension back through __________________’s (name of person) entire genetic line as well as out across this dimension for any others suffering in these ways.
  7. I am so grateful to all the Divine Beings working with me in this effort.

* Divine Healing Protocol covers all other potential blocked energies manifesting as gene induced stress trauma energy. Mind Creates Matter

What we think, how we feel about our thoughts, and how we react to these thoughts has a huge impact on every aspect of our lives including our bodies. When working in Sacred Space, I have been repeatedly led to seek answers to physical imbalances from places where energy is blocked. In other words, I get nudged to look for stuck energies so through clearing, new balance levels can manifest for specific bodies or situations. This has consistently worked well with all sorts of physical and relationship imbalances.

You may have heard the saying, “What you pay attention to grows”. If you keep thinking that you are not up to a particular task, it is very hard to do that task well or at all. If you keep thinking about how underweight and ugly you feel you are, you can focus on this so strongly that nothing else about you registers or seems to matter. Imagine all the thoughts you have in a given day and their impact on your body. What you think determines how you function but also how your body creates itself. So, becoming aware of your thoughts is paramount to being able to change those thoughts towards the positive.

Imbalances shared with me about one’s body, relationships, work, or life circumstances all initiate looking at thought processes.The imbalances serve to teach us that some of our thoughts are not helpful. The imbalances we have in our lives and bodies begin with imbalances in our thoughts and can be exacerbated by our feelings.

A client* felt that she had had no success in her life with men. She had been divorced twice and was dating again. She was seriously wondering whether she was even likable to any man. In Sacred Space work, the Divine beings around her indicated  that she had hidden fears about being able to be her true self in an intimate relationship. She was blocked from having workable relationships with men because of this hidden fear.  As she cleared these issues at all levels of consciousness, (conscious, subconscious, unconscious, and supra-conscious) she began to find compatible men to date and began to change her negative self-perception about how she was seen by men.

Another person had bone marrow cancer in several of his bones. When we began seeking the reasons behind this, it was revealed that he had created a life contract for pain and suffering so that he could develop more compassion for others in pain. When this set of unhelpful thoughts healed regarding his life contract, he healed from bone marrow cancer without any chemo or radiation. We called for Divine vibrational intervention for all affected bones and that was enough for all his bones to heal.

Thoughts are very powerful and impact energy in your life, your body, and your relationships. So, how do you work with this effectively? Seek to determine what negative or unhelpful thoughts can be connected to the imbalance you are dealing with. Open Sacred Space and put this question to the Divine Beings working with you. They are present to help you. If nothing comes immediately, pay attention to your thoughts in the next few days. You will very likely be guided to the thoughts that are the culprits causing the imbalance.

A client reported with distress that her relationship with her husband was no longer affectionate. She asked in Sacred Space for guidance as to what she might be doing that was causing this. In the next three days, she realized she carried negative judgment energy about her husband regarding a number of issues. These were not areas she had even raised with her husband. However, the stuck energy was being shown to her so that she could clear all negative judgment trauma energy manifesting as a lack of affection and closeness between herself and her husband.  Their relationship changed in lovely ways with more two-way affection being shared. The clearing we do for ourselves often affects others around us as well.

Monitor your thoughts. Begin to challenge those thoughts that are negative and unhelpful. This is a good proactive approach to cleaning up your brain. Use Silence to pose your questions that are bothering you and ask how you may be unwittingly creating the imbalances you are experiencing. This is a powerful way to move into balance in your life, relationships, body, and health.

Healing Me

You are exactly where you are to be no matter what is going on for you or not happening for you. Perhaps you are living with chronic pain. You may feel you have tried everything. You may feel angry, defeated, debilitated, afraid of never being free of pain again, or feel profoundly sad or sorry about the things you love and can no longer do. You may be living a greatly reduced scope of life while trying to live with daily pain.

You may be living with a child who refuses to apply himself to his studies. You as the parent might have carried the energy of worry, feeling defeated, blame, anger, fear for your son, impatience, or sadness around his lost options. WORKING OUT with DIVINE PRESENCE

When we are on a conscious spiritual journey, sooner or later we spend time in Silence. But this is just the beginning of our potential journey.

After Silence, we may need to spend time on imbalances in our field.  This can happen when our “quiet time” results in tough, yucky stuff appearing on the scene.   Thoughts and feelings which are out of balance, unpleasant, heavy or unprocessed do frequently show up.  Unsettling issues are a part of our dialogue with the Greater Whole.

This is the Divine Presence talking with us about what we need to focus on  to remain in balance. Unsettling feelings are not the result of being in Silence. They are the result of our seeking inner peace! When we go into Silence we are seeking peace, balance, wholeness and centeredness.  If we have unresolved issues with a co-worker, a spouse or a friend, we are likely to have them pop up after a period of sitting in Silence.  In fact, many people never go into the Silence for this very reason.  They are afraid that issues they do not want to look at will show up.

Guess what?  Unpleasant issues, thoughts and feelings are ALREADY in our energy field, draining us of our Light and life force energy!  They are already causing imbalance.  Just because we are not thinking about them, does not mean they go away.  In fact, because we are trying to “resist” them, they are even more demanding of our attention. The quickest way to resolve any unpleasant issue is to work in sacred space with our unresolved thoughts and feelings which are causing us stress or anger.

It is easy to say well “she should do this” or “he would be a whole lot happier if …”. However this will never bring resolution to an imbalance affecting us.  These responses are actually a  form of gossip and can perpetuate and expand the imbalance.  As long as we focus on what others could or should be doing, we miss the lesson for ourselves.  We are the ones who  have to take the steps to re-establish inner peace for ourselves. Then others sense a shift in us and they are also affected by our coming into greater balance.

Coming into balance and inner peace is our part of the partnership with All That Is.  No one else can do this work for us. The more we engage in this self-work,  the more expansive our inner peace becomes. It begins to permeate our entire being and all our affairs for the positive.  If this is hopeful or of interest to you,  keep seeking and you will find exactly what you are meant to discover.  There are infinite ways to undertake a work out process from Silence to release.   Here is one you might try and adapt for you own purposes.

WORKING OUT with DIVINE PRESENCE

When we notice charged feelings and thoughts, causing imbalances, one option is to work them out within a sacred space, through writing to Divine Presence and then letting the imbalances go.  Here are some steps towards that goal.

1.  Open a sacred space in which to work.  This gives us access to Divine wisdom, energy, love and support even when we are writing by ourselves. ( See Note A, for ideas of how to do this.)

2.  The letter

  • Get a journal solely for these writings and date each letter. Sign your name as you would in any letter.
  • Address the letter to Dear God/ Beloved Oneness/ Perfect Love/ Great I AM/  Mohamed/Mary/Jesus/Buddha/Saint Germain/Ascended Masters, etc.
  • Keep this journal in a safe place where you are sure no one will find it or read it.

3.  Explore the specific situation around which you have strong feelings which is causing you imbalance.

  • Begin by writing about your feelings.
  • Write as clearly as possible and with total honesty.
  • Include thoughts as well as feelings about the situation.
  • Write as much as you can until you feel really done.
  • Sign your letter each time you finish for the day

4.  Ask in the Silence what fears and blocked energy you are carrying which are manifesting as imbalanced energy specifically related to you journal topic.

  • Specify the fears and other blocked energy in the journal as notes after your letter.

5.  Go into a space of stillness and call for the sacred flame (within all of us) to consume all blocked energies you have identified which are causing turbulence and imbalance in your energy field from their originating source in this lifetime or from any previous life form you have taken.

  • If forgiveness comes to mind forgive self and others completely.

6.  Give thanks for the healing support and vibration clearing of your energy field.

7. Continue to write about this imbalance as long as it remains in your consciousness following this process each day you write about it.

  • Every time you enter into stillness for clearing, healing energy will consume the low vibrating thoughts and feelings separating you from Peace.
  • You are only responsible for your own feelings. If you change, others involved in your situation will be profoundly affected as well.
  • Take as much time on the issues as you need, knowing that your desire and intention for Inner Peace will be completely supported.

NOTE A:  Here is one way to open sacred space.  ” I call forth my Highest “I AM” Self , the Angelic Host, the Ascended Masters (Jesus/Krishna/Mary/Mohammed/ Moses/St. Ignatius/Buddha ,etc.), the Nature Intelligences, Cosmic Light Beings of the Universe, Divine Ancestors and Divine Physicians  to help me hold this sacred healing space.  I may then say, “Spirit of the Living God/Great Oneness /Divine Wholeness/Holy Spirit, come forth into this space dedicated to wholeness and balance.  My thanks.”
