Earlier this month, I went to the Dominican Republic.  I thought we were going on vacation and in part, we were. However, there was a broader purpose for my being there.  On the first morning I went into Silence, as is my daily custom, and listened for any people or places which needed prayer.   I was guided to call in healing energy to clear aspects of  the energy of criminal intent, present in the DR.  In listening further,  I was invited to include Haiti in the prayers as well.

Haiti is on the western end of the same island as the Dominican Republic.  We were on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic.  I  did expand the prayer focus to include Haiti. More imbalances were named for healing during the hour and over the next two days. Corruption, domestic violence, ethnic hatred, subjugation energy, financial instability, energy of poverty, violence, abuse, fear of being poor,  and many other areas were identified for re-balancing.  For each imbalance, the century of the original blocked energy was given.  Also the type of blocked energy (emotional, mental, thermal, spiritual or physical) when this imbalance first appeared was specified as well.

This process is the exact same process I have learned to use with individuals when clearing blocked energies showing up as  imbalances in the body. To do this work effectively, we need to really grasp that all imbalances either personal or global are directly due to blocked energy coming from someone or somewhere. When the blocked energies are cleared, the body, the sea, the earth’s crust can heal itself because balance is the natural state of all living entities.

We humans must call Divine Presence into our lives so that this Presence in its myriad of forms is “allowed” to work with us.  Each of us  has the sovereign right to live our lives any way we so choose.  We can ignore or accept anything we want.  We have all the time we need and all the help we need to bring peace and balance to our lives but we have to ask for the help we want and are willing to receive.  As we know, with some of the conditions at the global level, we are running short of time.

When we  call in Divine Presence, what is needed is specifically provided.  After many hundreds of these experiences, I know this will always happen.  The outcome may not happen as I envision it, but the energy is always re-balanced in one way or another.  We are the hands of All That Is upon the Earth and we have the power to call Divine Intervention into lives and aspects of our Earth where imbalances are manifesting.

There seemed to be an urgency in the work I was doing in the DR.  After 3 days of deeply focused healing energy for Haiti and the Dominican Republic, I was invited to extend the boundaries of this work to all of the Caribbean and Central America.  The process started all over again and continued for two more days.  Then I got an email from a spiritual healer and friend who suggested that I listen to the sea creatures around the island.  How she got that message, I am not sure but I have stopped asking the “how” questions with this type of work.

That evening I set up a sacred healing and wisdom “virtual” circle as I do with all healing work.  I invited the sea creatures to join us in spirit and I waited.  I had never worked with sea creatures before and was wondering how I would know if they were there and if I was hearing them.  I settled into a comfortable meditative state.  I listened for a long time and heard nothing but felt the energy of Peace and Harmony, or what I sensed as that.   After about 20-30 minutes, as clear as a bell I heard, “we would like to work with you in this healing”.  I was at once both thrilled and floored!  I knew the voice was not mine because I would have never even thought of such a thing.  I had thought we were simply meditating together.   We then spent a very powerful hour together exchanging energy and it seemed like we were playing in God’s space for lack of a better description.

The next day right before 6 PM,  we felt the earth shake very clearly.  We went outside and it stopped.  My husband checked the seas from the third floor to see if a very low tide was indicating a tsunami.  No low tide was evident.  We surfed the cable TV but did not get news of the earthquake for about two hours.  I was stunned.  In all the time I had spent in prayer, I had never once even considered working with the earth energy of the island.  It had not been given or I had not heard it, and I had not thought of it, either.  Immediately I thought that perhaps I had missed something very important in the prayer dialog of the week.   The devastation in Haiti was enormous and the faces of those affected were heartbreaking.

I went into prayer and I wrote my spiritual colleagues to see what they were picking up about the earthquake and my work in the DR.  I eventually learned that I was not to have focused on the earthquake.  Our work was the clearing of the blocked energy which would affect the rebuilding of that area of the world, now especially with Haiti but more extensively as well.  The prayers were now to be, Come Divine Intervention for the Highest Benevolent Outcome for Haiti and her people on all levels.

Of all the information given though, about the work that was done, that of the sea creatures took my heart.  I was told that they quelled the seas to prevent the tsunamis which were being formed as a result of the violent shaking.  This broke open every boundary I had ever erected between humans and sea creatures.  Of course, they knew there were imbalances of a major order and offered to help. The sea creatures in connection with Divine Grace in many forms,  quelled the imbalances in the water, averting the tsunamis.

Never mind if this does not seem plausible.  It is not plausible with our minds.  This is only plausible and possible to grasp with our hearts.  This experience though has dramatically changed my view of sea creatures and I will never swim in the oceans again without thanking them for their presence here among us and for all the healing energy they are bringing to our world.

Spiritual healing is the healing of the unseen energy in our energy field.  It is not magic!  We know that we are out of balance if we become angry or afraid about something in our lives.  Anger, fear, shame and guilt each have a unique vibration which is different from the vibrations of joy, laughter, contentment and love.  When we carry anger in our energy field regardless of its origin, the vibration of anger permeates our body.  That vibration leaves our body when we reach resolution regarding the anger.  Or, the anger vibration may remain in our energy field for years,  if it is not completely resolved, released or the person forgiven, who is related to the anger.  Spiritual healing is the process of releasing blocked energy which is not serving us well in our lives.

Spiritual healing recognizes that our thoughts, feelings, actions, memories, experiences and bodies are all one interrelated flow of energy impacting each other in thousands of ways every day. This is the mind, body, spirit connection. Every thought and feeling we have resonates throughout our bodies.   If we experience trauma, sadness, abuse, fear, abandonment,  our body registers this emotional content in the body.  When we are stressed, out of balance, we are more vulnerable to contract infection, virus, parasites, etc.  When we are out of balance emotionally or mentally, this ALWAYS shows up in our bodies, sometimes immediately and sometimes years later but it ALWAYS shows up.

The way to stay healthy and in balance is to do our inner work. This  work most powerfully consists of  identifying and releaseing blocked emotional, mental and spiritual energy which is manifesting as pain, hurt, anger, broken relationships, poor communications, repeating confrontations, back pain, cancer, ADHD, depression, infections, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. and all other types of imbalances in our physical bodies.

Each and every one of us is here to learn to be in greater states of Peace and Joy. Some of us recognize this and others among us do not.   We can choose to ignore our inner work but eventually we have to do the work to find Peace and Contentment in our daily lives.   We can spend lifetimes on the externals of what others think of us, on material possessions and on public attributes of prestige and success.  The externals however have next to nothing to do with feeling successful, peaceful and balanced inside.   The goal of spiritual healing is Peace and Wholeness inside. Then our lives, our relationships, our jobs and our bodies come into greater and greater balance.

When we release deep sadness, un-forgiveness, resentment, hatred, judgement, shame, fear, etc. our minds and bodies come into greater balance.  When I open a sacred space, I call Divine Presence into this dimension to work with me to help others who are in need.  As I begin to work with another,  I don’t know in my “human mind” exactly what blocked energy may be manifesting as infection, inflammation, Parkinson’s, Alzheimers, Crohns or Grave’s Disease.   I do know that some set of blocked energy is manifesting as imbalance in the body.   I also know that Divine Knowing knows all. Through listening, with the intent to come into balance, we will learn to identify the imbalances and then they can be cast out of our energy fields allowing the body to heal.

Some people come to me for a “quick fix”. Those rarely manifest.  We have to steadfastly seek to connect with Divine Energy because the outer world is more visible, more tangible and seemingly more real to many of us.  Until we have real experience with Divine Presence, the thought of this Presence is a vague possibility.  We can experience Divine Presence though other people, nature, creations, etc. but we have to eventually go inside and have a dialog with Divine Presence and ourselves to find Divine Connection. God/Divine Presence/All That Is  is within.  Our  I AM Presence, the part of us which is wholly connected and balanced, is within.   If we seek with the attitude that we will get our body fixed and go right on with our behaviors and thoughts which have brought us to imbalance,  we won’t be able to sustain any form of balance, mentally or physically.

Our bodies and more importantly our souls won’t allow us to be out of balance without letting us know in very powerful ways. We get as many chances as we need to release resentment, rage, blame, self-punishment and un-forgiveness but there is no way to fool the body into balance.  We come into balance when we are done with giving our power and attention to negative energy which is manifesting as imbalance.

To Begin Inner Spiritual Healing Work:

1. Relax into Silence with the spoken intent to connect more deeply with Divine Presence.  I intend to connect with Divine Presence.  I open a Sacred Space for healing and wholeness. Wait there a while and be.

2. Identify a negative draining thought, feeling or emotion which is in your immediate energy field such as rage, for example.  Or name the diagnosed imbalance you want to clear blocked energy for,  such as breast cancer.

3. State aloud with conviction,  With the Energy of the Most High, I command out the blocked core source of the rage I am feeling, (of the breast cancer, I am manifesting) through all time and space, with the intent to come into greater Balance and Peace.   I affirm my desire to connect more deeply with Divine Presence in my life.

4. I offer my deepest thanks for this support and for the power of this healing within me.

It may seem easier to get medical drugs, therapies and pills to take care of a situation. However, the same imbalances that brought the last sinus infection, the last back ache, the last heart attack, the last cancer stay with us unless we release the thoughts and feelings that have caused the imbalances in the first place. We get all the chances we need to come into balance.  If you want to be done with chronic imbalance, go inside.  Work with Divine Presence with the intent of creating more Peace and Balance, Health and Wholeness.  All healing modalities can be supported and strengthened with inner spiritual work.  Release that which you know is out of balance and all else will follow.

Begin Today.  Sit today in Silence and cast out that which is manifesting as imbalance in your life. Repeat these processes frequently until the negative emotions have left your being or until the physical imbalance is re-balanced.  Healing comes a little at a time.  Keep calling out the imbalances, a little at the time.

Illness is caused at its core by an imbalance in the flow of unseen energy in our bodies.  If there is stuck energy, various imbalances manifest in our physical body to get our attention. I work with unseen energies such as thoughts, feelings and sense of connection with the Greater Whole.  When these unseen energies are blocked, our health is affected even though we can’t see this energy.   Illness, in many cases, is a warning system about blocked energy.

We live in a world filled with germs, bacteria, viruses, spirochetes, parasites, worms, etc.  Why can two people encounter the same virus and one person develops a full blown set of symptoms while the other manifests no symptoms at all? We might claim a strong immune system or general resistance to viruses and leave it to a vague sense of  heredity.  However, I have experienced that we manifest strong immune systems when we are in balance with our  thoughts, feelings and sense of connectedness to the Greater Whole.  Our body reflects the nature of our unseen internal balance or imbalance as the case may be.

We can more readily sense this in our relationships.  If we have a recurring argument with our spouse, child or parent, there is very likely blocked energy in our thoughts, emotions, or connection with the Greater Whole which keeps coming up to fuel these recurring arguments.  We often even know what that blocked energy is.

Again and again, in working with people manifesting persistent mis-alignments, infections, fever, fungus, viruses, rashes, etc.  there is some blocked unseen energy which must be cleared first, before the body can heal.  Clear the energetic imbalance and the body heals in nearly all cases.  Systemic imbalance in the energy field does not allow the body to fully heal and manifest balance.

There are levels of imbalance.  An allergy to mold can often be effectively treated with homeopathic medicine or acupressure and the body comes into balance.  When a person has extensive allergies with little improvement over time, systemic blocked energy is clearly present.  

Louisa had suffered with allergies, year around, for many years by the time I saw her.  She had taken dozens of medicines, tried various treatments including acupuncture,  been to numerous doctors and still suffered severely with allergies.  She found that if the medicines worked for the allergies, she felt sluggish and “off” energetically.

She was increasingly spending her time in a drugged daze.  She was depressed by the constancy of the attacks.  They were deeply affecting her ability to be outside and enjoy nature.  The question we asked of Divine Knowing was, what is the blocked energy manifesting now as allergies? Louisa was carrying blocked spiritual energy manifesting as allergies.

We have four energetic bodies each with a unique type of energy.  The only one we see is our physical body.  Right next to our physical body, though unseen, is our emotional body.  Next out is our mental body and furthest from our physical body is the spiritual body.  The spiritual body is made up of our sense of connectedness with the Greater Whole/God/All That Is.  Each of these bodies vibrate at different levels of megahertz.  The physical body is the densest body and therefore vibrates at the slowest rate.  The spiritual body is the least dense body and vibrates at the fastest rate.  In fact, we need to be very quiet and still to even perceive our spiritual bodies at all.  Meditation, therefore,  can be very helpful in helping us become more aware of our spiritual bodies.

Louisa carried disconnected energy from the Greater Whole, though she was not conscious of this.  She would not have been able to recognize this unless those allergies demanded her attention in the way they did.  As she began to release blocked spiritual and fear energy from her life experiences, she came increasingly into physical balance.  Her allergies diminished and eventually her whole body came into balance.

What were some of the specific blocked energies she was dealing with? Actually,  we don’t have to know what those specific energies are for them to clear from our field.  It is possible to open a sacred space with Divine Presence, call out the blocked spiritual energy manifesting as allergies and have that blocked energy clear from our field.   You may need to repeat this several times if you have hesitations about this working or if you have fear that you will never be free of allergies.  However,  every time you call for such clearing, some of the blocked energy leaves. Blocked energy first leaves from the unseen areas of our being and eventually the shift in energy shows up as greater balance in the body.

Spiritual healing is not a magical fix.  It is about coming into greater and greater connection with Divine Peace, Love and Balance.

If we have had a condition for a long time, it is rare that that condition is healed with one call for clearing.  However, it is equally true that with one call for the clearing of blocked energy, some of the stuck energy will leave, every time. This is so because we are One with All That Is even if we don’t know it to be so.  We are One and therefore we can use our Oneness to clear our own field of blocked energy.  Try it.  You will experience blocked energy clearing, the more you use it.   Share your experiences with us!

ENERGY CLEARING PROCESS

• I open a sacred healing circle with my highest I AM energy (the part of us which is eternal), the Ascended Masters, the Angelic Host, (any others, your choice).

• I call forth the blocked emotional, mental and spiritual  energy I am carrying which is currently manifesting as allergies to tree pollen ( state your own imbalance).

• I call for the Sacred Flame ( God’s Presence in flame form) to consume this blocked energy at its very source in the specific year, month and day of its inception in my field.  I release all of this blocked energy and call for Divine Presence in the place of this stagnant energy.

• Thanks Be to God/All That Is/Great Oneness/ Allah.

Reminder: After clearing of blocked energy, you may experience detox.  You can feel worse before you feel better.  When clearing takes place, your body vibrates at a higher frequency and toxins are sloughed off from the body.  Tiredness and bowel changes are frequent detox symptoms.  Drink lots of water and eat lightly to reduce the symptoms.

Illness is blocked energy which has been blocked long enough for our body to manifest the imbalance as illness.  Humans have at least four energy bodies which each manifest different types of energy.  There is emotional energy, mental energy, spiritual energy and physical energy.  Many times when a rib is out of alignment or we are manifesting a cold or the flu, there is unseen blocked energy in our emotional, mental or spiritual bodies which has originated the imbalance.  When the core source of the imbalance is cleared, this allows the realignment of the bone, clearing of the cold or shortening of the healing cycle for the flu.  All illness is some type of  energy congestion or constipation.   When all energy is flowing, the body manifests health and balance.  http://www.robbinshopkins.com/2009/01/good-work-if-you-can-get-it/

Why haven’t we heard of this before now with all the advances in medicine?

What we are speaking about is energy at an unseen level.  Emotional, mental and spiritual blocked energy can’t be seen by anything.  It can only be discerned through Silence and through  practice working with Divine Knowing.  The ability to understand this dimension of the unseen though is accessible to all who enter into regular Silence.  Divine Knowing is accessible to all,  if we seek it.  Divine Knowing exists, all the time, everywhere.  If we listen in Silence to the “still small voice”, we eventually begin to get messages from that Source of Knowing.  The answers and insights may show up in the midst of our daily activities but they can only be received if we are tuned into the questions we have asked.  If we are waiting expectantly, we will realize when the messages are delivered.  They will register with us as answers to what we have asked.  The energy of the unseen level is subtle energy which can be discerned if one is tuned into it.  Otherwise, it is as if it does not exist.

How do we know that what you are saying about specific situations is accurate, if everything is unseen ?

There is no sure way to distinguish between those who are accurately receiving Divine Knowing and those who aren’t,  except through one’s own inner senses.   Intuition and accurate discernment develop over time.  Therefore, it is most important to listen carefully to a teacher for a good long while to be sure that what is being said connects with your own true knowing.   A teacher is most valuable until such time as the student develops his or her own Inner Knowing.  If one’s own Inner Knowing is growing, that is perhaps a good indicator that the teacher is a good match for you.  If this is not happening, the match between teacher and student is perhaps out of Right Relationship and needs to be changed or broadened in some way.

What is detox? When does it happen in spiritual healing?

Detox is the abbreviated term meaning detoxification. This  is the process of the body sloughing off unneeded toxins as a result of the clearing of unseen or blocked physical energy in the body.   All emotions carry specific and unique vibrations within our energy field.  If we  carry anger, envy, mistrust, unforgiveness or shame, for example, these emotions each vibrate at a unique level of megahertz.  As these specific energies are released from our energy field, the overall vibration of the body rises.  When this happens the toxins being held at the previous lower level are released and flushed out of the body.

There is a wide range of detox symptoms ranging from bowel imbalances, to thirst, rashes, headaches, runny noses, bad taste in the mouth, vomiting and many others.  Each body is different and reacts to spiritual healing differently. Typically detox begins 1-3  days after spiritual healing has occurred and usually lasts 2-3 days.  However, it can last much longer depending on the individual involved.  Eating lightly, resting and drinking extra water are good ways to assist the body into returning to a new state of balance.

Welcome to this healing service tonight. Whatever your reason for coming, you are likely to receive exactly what is needed for healing.  This is because God, Divine Knowing, Universal Creator already knows what it is that you and I really need for healing.  The Great I AM already knows why we are here and what is in our hearts.  However, because we have consciously gathered in Sacred Space  for this express purpose of healing, we have begun to take our place as full partners in the sacred process of healing.

Here is how it works. By issuing an open invitation for the Holy Spirit,  Great Oneness,  Highest Divine Energy to bring about needed healing, we initiate the very means through which such healing can take place in the human realm.  God works through us to bring us back to our own True Selves, that is, to a full partnership with the Great I AM.  This is especially evident in healing.  Healing or Wholeness is the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical manifestation of a fully actualized relationship with All That Is,  God,  Perfected Love .

The reason I am here tonight is because five years ago (now fifteen years) a family member became inexplicably and seriously ill.  I did everything imaginable to try to deal with that crisis for a solid year.   I did everything, that is, but directly ask for God’s help.  When I finally realized that we did not have the strength, the wisdom nor the vision to see what might be needed, I  realized our family needed to directly ask for God’s loving, healing presence in our lives.   We needed to turn over the pain, anguish and our sense of loss to this Higher Source because we as humans had exhausted our tiny reserves.  We were depleted.   The ensuing healing process was nothing short of miraculous.  Though it was not spontaneous, it was nonetheless miraculous.  So I am here to celebrate God’s Love and healing presence among us and to share some of what I have learned these last few years about healing.

God is Love.  Not the kind of love we know the best in our human experience.  Human love is all too often “I love you when” or “I love you if, or “I love you, but”….  God’s Love is wholly unconditional, from everlasting to everlasting, beyond all understanding.  It is with us always.  God’s Love is boundless, without limitation.  God’s Love is not of this world though it is the fueling power behind all creation.

So then, how do we receive this boundless love?

In James 4:1-3 in the New Testament, we find a clue.

Where do all the fights and quarrels among you come from?  They come from your desires for pleasure, which are constantly fighting within you.  You want things, but you cannot have them, so you are ready to kill; you strongly desire things, but you cannot get them, so you quarrel and fight.  You do not have what you want because you do not ask God for it.  And when you do ask, you do not receive it, because you ask wrongly; you ask for things to use for your own pleasures.

More clues are found in James 5:14.

Are there any among you sick?  They should send for the “Spiritual Guides of Assembly” (The original translation meant those of a spiritual nature, later it was translated as church elders.) who will pray for them and rub olive oil on them in the name of the Lord.  This prayer made in faith will heal the sick; the Lord will restore them to health, and the sins they have committed will be forgiven. So then, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you will be healed.

We must ask for what we need in order to open ourselves to receive God’s blessing.  Divine blessing is always there for us to receive.  Life itself is a blessing.  We just have to be tuned in, to consciously know we have gotten it.  If we are on a different wave length, the blessing may not be received by us even though it is always available to us any time, day or night.  We give form to the endless unformed potential energy when we call God.  We have to call in Divine Energy to this dimension for it to manifest in our lives.  In James, we read that if our motives are bad we will not receive God’s blessing.  This refers to motives for self-aggrandizement, riches, or even just total focus on the life of this world.

• Sample -  Forgive me for my impatience with myself this week.  I open to Divine Knowing and call that Wholeness and Power into the emotional and physical challenges facing my sister.  I release all my fears I am holding about her.   I call Peace and Balance into this household.
• Sample -  I ask that the anger I am carrying towards my body be taken and transformed.  I call the Highest Divine Presence into my imbalanced body,  feelings and thoughts.  I call the perfect help in the Universe to me.  I especially release this fear of chronic pain.  Show me how to claim my wholeness.

God is constantly broadcasting love, healing, peace and serenity.  Sometimes we tune in.  Sometimes we don’t.  Perhaps because we are trying so hard to solve the situation on our own; to bear the burden, to present a stiff upper lip to the outside world, to accept what has been given and a whole host of other things we think are good responses to trials and crises in our lives.

Some time ago, a woman came to see me and said that her son had been quite ill for several years.  She reported that she had recently begun to get very depressed about what was happening for him and that her prayers were just not being answered.  I asked her specifically what she had been praying for and she said “Well, I guess I have prayed for the strength to respond to ‘Brad’s’ illness and to bear the burden.” I replied that from all she had told me,  I thought that her prayers had been expressly answered.  She had just related for 45 minutes how she had expertly, relentlessly and stoically managed their lives through some very painful and debilitating experiences with her son for the past 4 years.   She said that she had never thought of it that way.   She  also said that she did not know what to really ask for regarding her son from this point forward.  She eventually decided to release her fears and sense of negativity about her son’s illness.  Then she call in the Highest Good for “Brad”,  for her family and for herself.  We agreed that whatever that might look like, she could leave all her burdens in the hand of the Great I AM, the hand of God.  She could release her burdens and trust in God.

We were created with free will in the image and likeness of the Great I AM.  This free will, will never be violated by God.  If we don’t want help, we don’t have to accept any.  If we do want help, we have to ask, ourselves, for that help.  We have to envision the life we want and how we want to create it.  We are all continuously called to a full partnership with God.  This process of seeking forgiveness and asking for the help we want is one aspect of this full partnership.

What does this practically look like? One possible take on this are the steps given below.  Experiment and use whatever works for you.

1. Enter into stillness, The Silence
2. Name specifically where you are out of balance, separated from Divine Peace, need forgiveness
3. Ask for forgiveness and/or  release from these imbalances (forgiveness actualized)
4. Call in Divine Presence, Wholeness and Balance to the specific areas needed (healing)
5. Give thanks for a growing connection with All That Is/Spirit/God
