When you are being run by fears such as not having enough money, not feeling lovable, not feeling you will ever have the energy you desire, or not feeling you are making a difference, these feelings are not you. They are simply fears crossing your path that you have given your energy to. Fears arise and because you do not really feel connected with Divine Source, therefore, you give your energy to these fears. You grow your fears, in other words. The fundamental fear is that you are not loved. This fuels all the other fears. The fear you are not loved manifests in a thousand ways to get you to look at those fears and discard them. This is essentially your eternal job. You are here to face and dismantle all the fears you carry. You do not have to do this alone. There is all the help you need.
However, there are many pitfalls along the way. You may get in a loop of blaming others for not loving you enough. You may get into the habit of judging self or others harshly to keep you from looking at your own fears. You may get in a loop of hiding from the fears you are carrying and they will manifest as your being snippy, angry, haughty, judging, unkind, dismissive, unforgiving, unhappy, depressed, or selfish. Still, though, these behaviors are not you either. They are the result of unexamined fears running you. Those undesirable behaviors are the result of you building up fears within, without examining them.
One of the toughest realizations is that you may be totally wrong about yourself and who your are. To find yourself fully, you need to go inside and sit with Divine Source/God/the Great Spirit. Here you will find Truth, Love, Forgiveness and Acceptance. Truly, this awaits each of you, every minute of every day. However, your fears of being less that you would hope, more broken than you fear, or much darker than you feel you can address, may keep you from going inside to Silence.
The big secret about going inside to the quiet is that you are much more loving, capable, caring, forgiving, than you are presently experiencing. Regardless of your past, regardless of your bad behaviors, when you do not consciously connect with Divine Oneness you will give your power to the fears and their resulting negative behaviors. This is the surprise that comes with being in Silence. You are led as to how to dismantle all your fears and how to feel the love available to you if you stop, breathe, open, and seek connection.
When you begin to do this or return to try again, seek Love. Simply, seek the feeling of being loved. Suspend all the self-perceptions which are in any way negative and imagine Love energy flowing in, around, and through you. You do this enough and you will begin to see the fears you are carrying and can then command them out of your energy field. Begin by seeking Love, the ability to breathe and the experience of releasing your tensions.
Everything that you fear about yourself is untrue! Every fear you have is simply energy that has run amok. You have to name those fears, cast them out of your field and more love, acceptance, kindness, and creativity replaces the fears. This is the secret to why so many people enter into Silence willingly. They have had the experience of feeling Love, Forgiveness, Grace, and Peace. You have to take the first step to look at the fears you have in a conscious Sacred Space. They are not you. They are energy that is running you.
Enter into Silence and call forth the sense of feeling Love. You can do this lying down, sitting up, walking in the woods or standing looking at beauty. Keep trying to do this. Practice is required. I tried lots and lots of ways to feel flowing Love. When I began, I took no other agenda into the Silence with me except to feel Love. Try this. The Love available to you is infinite and will lead you to eventually look at your fears. Start with seeking the feeling of Love. You are loved. The very fact that you are in body, indicates you are loved. You may not feel loved or lovable but with practice you will. All else will follow.
