Here are specific prayers and approaches to help us come into balance with All That Is/ God/ Universal Goodness. These prayers target blocked energy for clearing energy fields to allow our feelings, our body or our relationships to heal.  All prayer should begin with opening a sacred healing space. There are many ways to do that.  Here are two options.

I. Before prayer, open the Sacred Space.

This is done to amplify our prayers, to create a protected healing space for the prayers and to help us begin to create real partnerships with these Divine Energy Beings who are always available to support us.

Options

A.  I call forth my highest I AM Self. ( This is the part of us that is always One with God. ) I call the Angelic Host, the Ascended Masters and the Highest Cosmic Light Beings of the Universe to hold this sacred space for healing and wisdom with me.  And so it is.

B.  I am opening a sacred space for this prayer.  My deepest thanks for this support and healing grace.

II. Clear your own energy before commanding energy through prayer.

If you have any inkling that you feel your prayer is not going to work, clear your doubt and fear before praying.  ALL OUR PRAYERS ARE HEARD!! Further, if you are carrying un-forgiveness about yourself,  this needs to be released before prayer is powerful.

Options

A.  Divine Knowing, clear the blocked energy I am carrying which is manifesting as doubt and fear concerning what I am about to pray for.  My thanks.

B.  Spirit of the Living God, I ask for forgiveness for the anxiety I am carrying about my job interview.  Thank you.

III.  I have a body part that is in pain.

I call forth the Sacred Flame ( God in flame form within us) to consume the blocked mental, thermal (protective) and spiritual (fear) energy originating from this lifetime or any other lifetime from the year, month and day of its inception into my field which is manifesting now as a painful _______ (knee, hip, hand), etc.  Consume the blocked energy to allow for balance of my _______ (knee, hip, hand), etc. in present time.  I am open to the healing energy in any form that is possible.  Thanks be to God.

IV. I have a stuffy nose with cloudy discharge. (fill in the condition/symptoms)

I call forth the Sacred Flame ( God in flame form within us) to consume the blocked mental, thermal (protective) and spiritual (fear) energy originating from this lifetime or any other lifetime from the year, month and day of its inception into my field which is manifesting now as a stuffy nose with cloudy discharge. Consume the blocked energy allowing for balance of my body with regard to the symptoms of this stuffy nose.  Thanks be to All That Is.

V. Brad has recurring headaches. (fill in the condition/symptoms)

I call Brad’s highest I AM Self into this sacred healing and wisdom circle.  I call forth the Sacred Flame  from within Brad to consume the blocked emotional, mental, thermal(protective) and spiritual (fear) energy originating from this lifetime or any other lifetime from the year, month and day of its inception into Brad’s field which is manifesting now as recurring headaches. Consume the blocked energy allowing for balance of his body.  Thanks be to All That Is.

VI.  I had a bad argument with my spouse,child, co-worker, mother, friend.

I ask for deep forgiveness for my part in escalating the argument with _____ (name) last night.  I call forth the Sacred Flame to consume the blocked emotional, mental, thermal and spiritual energy from my energy field from this lifetime or from any previous lifetime which is manifesting now as this argument with _____ (name). Clear all this old stagnant, blocked energy which can go today.  I call Peace and Divine Energy into the midst of my relationship with _____ (name).  Thank you, Divine Grace.

VII.  I feel angry with my spouse for his lack of awareness of what needs to be done around the house.

Sacred Flame come forth and consume the blocked mental, thermal and spiritual energy originating from this lifetime or any other lifetime which is manifesting as my repeated anger and frustration with my spouse about his lack of awareness of what needs to be done in our house.  I call forth the Blessings of the Light for our relationship.  I am so grateful for this support and healing energy.

VIII.  I feel depressed and lethargic.

I call forth the Sacred Flame of All That Is from within me.  Sacred Flame, come forth and consume the emotional, mental, thermal and spiritual energy originating from my lifetime or from any other lifetime from the specific year, month and year of its inception which is currently manifesting as my feeling depressed and lethargic.  Show me ways to move out of this place of darkness and separation.  Help me to see small steps I can take.  My profound thanks.

IX.  I am afraid for __________(name)  and what is happening to him/her.

Sacred flame consume the blocked mental, thermal (protective) and spiritual energy (fear) originating from this lifetime or any previous lifetimes which is manifesting as my being afraid for ___________ ( name).  I call forth the Divine Presence within ________ (name) for his/her Highest Benevolent Good.  I turn this fear over to All That Is for a perfect outcome.   My thanks.

X.  I am out of Right Relationship with my _________ self, work, husband, mother, aunt, boss, upcoming performance, spending/eating/exercise habits, responsibilities to my children, anger towards others, desire for a mate,  seeming inability to make money,  etc.

Right Relationship means in Right Relationship with All That Is, with God.  We often know or suspect when we are out of Right Relationship with a person,  situation or our self.   This sacred term, Right Relationship means as defined by God. This takes the guess work out of defining what is “wrong” with the relationship.

Divine Presence, my heart is heavy.  I call forth the Sacred Flame to consume the blocked emotional, mental, thermal (protective) and spiritual ( fear) energy from all core sources in this lifetime or any previous lifetime which is now manifesting as my being out of Right Relationship with my _____________ ( see above list).  I release all this stuck energy willingly with deep and lasting thanks.  And so it is, Amen.

Alicia was in a car accident.  She was in a compact car and was hit from behind by a delivery truck.  The car was crushed up to the back seat and the impact was severe.

This began a process of going to doctors for pain, tension, imbalances and eventually for psychiatric help as the pain wore on. By self report, she saw over 20 different doctors and body workers.  Every week, there was at least one doctor’s appointment if not more.  This went on for years before she began to think that perhaps she might be able to heal.  For years, she simply accepted that the pain had to be endured and that she had to do the best she could.

She was not very familiar with prayer especially for herself.  However, she considered herself  a church going person. At one point in her deep pain filled days, she said out loud to God, ” I am of no use to anyone like this.  I think only about myself because I have no energy to think about anyone else.  I deeply want this pain to pass so that I can be more loving and present to others.  Please help me. ” This began a shift in her life.  She found the help she needed and she began to talk with God more personally about her own healing.  Today she is pain free.

Shane had “bad knees” from athletics in college.  Bad knees in this case meant he had had two arthroscopic surgeries which should have alleviated his pain and though they did help for a while, the pain returned three years after the last surgery.  He was unable to play golf, walk very far, play tennis or basketball.

Over the years, he had given up all of these activities, one at a time and energetically settled into, “I have bad knees”.  He had gained over 40 pounds of unwanted weight as well through his increasingly sedentary lifestyle. The surgeon had told him that he would need a knee replacement on his right knee, five years earlier.  His health insurance was not going to cover a knee replacement. Further, with three kids headed to, or in college, a knee replacement was not financially possible for him.

The pain had become constant and was wearing him down energetically.  He was open to trying anything.  We began to pray together for the clearing of the blocked energy which was manifesting as pain and weakness in his knees.  His pain subsided and he eventually picked up walking, yard work and golf again without pain.

Laurel had had two severe pain attacks in her chest, both strong enough to leave her weak and reeling on her living room couch.  She had also noticed that her blood pressure was up twenty points from normal when she had her check up though she did not mention this to her doctor.  Something was really not right,though.  She was familiar with prayer so she took this directly to God.  She asked to be told the source of the blocked energy and was shown it was blockage in two arteries.  She asked what was the source of that blocked energy and she was shown the time right before one of the attacks where she had been berating herself very loudly about being a dope, stupid, incompetent, etc.  She had completely forgotten that she had been ranting at herself before the attack.

In Silence, she was told that she could never do this again without serious repercussions. As she worked in meditative Silence, she asked to be led to releasing the anger she had towards herself.  She was shown time and time again where she had attacked herself, berated herself, and how she readily pushed herself all the time to do, do, do and then beat herself up emotionally about time pressures.  Each time she entered into Silence, she released the anger and fear of failure associated with the memories that were being given to her.  Eventually when all the blocked energy was cleared, she was led to ask for healing energy for the blockage in her arteries.

One day, Laurel experienced a meditation session in which she felt Divine Energy focused directly on her heart (psychic healing).  She was told to take it easy for three weeks and she did.  The next blood pressure check she had was back to normal for her. It had been elevated for two years by the time all the healing was received.  She has had no more pains for two years now.

Pain is an indication that something in the unseen body is manifesting as pain in the physical body.  I frequently see clients with pain who have been told by doctors that nothing can be done.  I know that is what is believed by these doctors but that is because they are working with physical bodies and not the whole person.   Often, only Divine Presence knows what blocked energy has led us to chronic pain.  We as humans are not usually able to determine how exactly we have gotten to debilitating pain.  We just know we have it.  I had chronic back pain for eighteen years before I took this pain to Divine Presence.  I am deeply grateful that I don’t have that pain anymore.

Here are some steps to take which work.

1. Ask God/Divine Knowing or any Divine Energy Beings including Angels, Ascended Masters, Beloved Mother Mary to show you the source of the blocked energy manifesting as pain for you.

You could be shown the blocked energy through a dream, in meditation, or you might have some encounters through your day which produce anger or frustration or a sense of vulnerability.  These can all be clues to YOUR BEHAVIOR which is out of balance.  Pay attention and you will be shown where you are out of balance.  If you don’t get the picture ask,  ”What is out of balance within me which is causing blocked energy in my field?”  Listen in the Silence. Keep asking.

Principle –  We have to understand what we are doing which is causing blocked unseen energy before our bodies can heal.

2. Clear blocked energy you are carrying from your energy field.

Call for God in the form of the Sacred Flame within, to consume the blocked energy you are carrying which is manifesting as pain. The more specific you are about the blocked energy, the more focused and therefore powerful the healing energy can be.

Principle – Blocked energy causes pain.  That energy can be emotional, mental, thermal (protective), spiritual (fear) or physical. The blocked energy manifests in ways which can lead to pain in the body because the energy is being short-circuited.

3. Call for healing for the body itself . You might call for specific help through healing points of light, psychic surgery, a specific body worker or doctor to help you, or the right essential oil or homeopathic medicine for your body.  All ways are used by God to bring us to healing. You can also ask for the Highest Benevolent Outcome to lead you to pain free energy.

4. Ask Divine Presence to clear all fear and anger you are carrying as  result of the pain you are experiencing.

5. Give thanks for the steps you are taking to wholeness and for the support you are receiving to do this. You may have had the pain for years so give yourself time to heal.

Over many years, I have learned to use a particular type of prayer for spiritual healing.  My prayers for wholeness have evolved and changed, continually seeking to capture the inherent power of  Divine Presence.

I call this specific type of prayer, unifying prayer.  Unifying prayer differs from intercessory prayer, centering prayer or supplication prayer, in that unifying prayer specifically emerges from knowing that we are One with All That Is.  Unifying prayer calls upon our own Divine Resources,  within a sacred space, working with other Divine Energy Beings for the purpose of calling forth Divine Grace for a person, place or situation.

Unifying prayer comes from

• knowing that we and God, are One
• knowing  that Right Relationship with All That Is is our natural state
• knowing that seeming imbalances can be transformed or shifted through Divine Grace

Healing comes from Divine Grace. Healing does not come from medicine, our prayers, surgery or therapy. All these things do have their place in healing but are really ways through which Divine Grace is made available through caring individuals in the course of one’s healing.  This is a very important distinction.  Healing comes from Divine Grace, the energy of Divine Presence being received by those needing healing.  Many, many healing modalities can be employed to enable Divine Grace to be received.

If medicine healed in and of itself, all people with a cold would be able to take the exact same medicines and all would heal, every time.   Because healing comes from Divine Grace, we have to receive this energy to heal.  We may not even be consciously aware of receiving Divine Grace but that is what leads to healing.  Generally imbalances manifesting as illness in the body come from blocked energy we humans have created, held onto, nurtured, etc., which disconnects us from Divine Grace.  When medicine, prayers, therapy help us release blocked energy, we have the opportunity to reconnect with Divine Presence.

Divine Grace is Love in action.  Every time I work with someone who is out of balance physically or mentally, I begin by opening Sacred Space so that I can join with other Divine Energy Beings to work together to call forth Divine Presence for a person, place or situation.

This is what I say:

I call forth my I Am Self ( the part of me that is wholly Divine) , the Ascended Masters, the Angelic Host, the Divine Cosmic Light Beings of the Universe, the Nature Intelligences, Divine Ancestors and Divine Physicians to help me hold this Sacred Healing and Wisdom Circle.

Because I am of Divine Essence like all beings,  I have the authority, right and power to call such a circle into existence for the purpose of healing.  I imagine that together we are very powerful. Together, all that I call forth is amplified by the Divine Beings working with me. Further, when I listen, the exact wording needed for a person or situation often emerges from the combined knowing of Divine Beings.  Still though,  in all situations and in all ways, Divine Grace does the re-balancing, the healing, the pacing of the energy shifts,  creation and implementation of the plan.  I simply call Divine Grace forth, knowing that balance, wholeness and peace is the natural state of bodies, places and situations.

Unifying Prayer begins with the knowing that God and I are One, inseparably, for all eternity.  This is the aspect of unifying prayer which sets it apart from all other prayer.  This type of  prayer emerges out of this knowing of Oneness with all things.  Therefore, in unifying prayer, the Lord’s Prayer for example becomes, you give us this day our daily bread, you forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. You lead us not into temptation and you deliver us from evil. In the use of this wording, we are affirming the power of the Great Oneness/God from our sense of knowing of the Oneness ourselves.

Divine Grace, we call forth the Sacred Flame from within Emil to consume the blocked spiritual and fear energy manifesting as depression and self-inflicted pain. This unifying prayer restates our connection with All That Is by affirming that the Sacred Flame is within Emil. The prayer names fear and blocked energy as the reasons behind the manifestation of the imbalances in his life.  No power is given to the imbalances. The act of calling forth the Sacred Flame itself is an act of Oneness, recognizing that all people can call forth the sacred flame form of God.

God please help Emil because he is a good person and has lost his way. This prayer assumes that the person praying,  God, and Emil are all separate from one another. These words give the impression that God needs to be informed that Emil is a good person. Also,  inherent in this prayer is an assumption that help for Emil is not being given by God at the present time.  Further, this prayer bases the request for help on a judgement that because Emil is a good person, he deserves help.  This stance goes against the Divine order which again and again states that the Highest Good is always what is being desired for us.

I see the Light in Emil and call for the highest benevolent outcome of his current circumstances. This is a unifying prayer affirming that the Light, a form of God, is within Emil.  Further, the specifics of the outcome are left to All That Is.   However, our calling this energy into this dimension from the realm of unformed energy is very powerful and supports the presence of Divine Grace for Emil.

We lift Emil into the Light and pray for his complete recovery from depression.  This is not a unifying prayer because it talks about lifting Emil into “the Light” meaning that Emil is now, out of the Light. We are always in Light even when we are manifesting energy which is out of balance.  Further, depression is spoken about here as a condition with its own power rather than as a condition which is temporarily present due to blocked energy which can always be transformed by Divine Grace.

Our words are powerful healing tools.  Use prayers which reflect the power we are working with.  Make certain that your prayers affirm the Oneness, All Power, All Knowing, Omnipresent characteristics of God.  When the words correctly and powerfully reflect the Truth that is God, they are charged with a power beyond human means.  They then carry the charge of the power of the Great Grace to heal.

I am an ordinary mystic.  This means I spend loads of time in Silence and in communication with all forms of Divine Presence and I also live in society.  From the outside I usually look pretty normal in the clothes I wear and the company I keep.  I have a home in the suburbs. I have been happily married 37 years and have two sons in their 20s.  I have gradually come to embrace my ordinary nature and my mystical nature publicly though the knowing has been inside a long time.

I realized one day that I was beginning to really feel that God and I were One.  I felt it deeply and uncompromisingly in meditation.  From those feeling I began to see all other distinctions about who I was, what I was doing, why I was here, and what I was facing, begin to melt away. Therefore, the seeming contradictions I had silently harbored of the mystic and the mother, or the mystic and the wife or the next door neighbor were really not contradictions, but merely different views of the whole that is me.

What I mean by God and I are One is this.  The Love, Passion, Power, Knowing and Light of God is the same Light of which I am made.  There is no difference except in my seeing this as indeed true.  I now feel this knowing has been true all my life and perhaps all my other lives as well.  And it is true for everyone in body regardless of what is going on in our lives.  We simply have to release the deep fears we have and call in Spirit to be with our Deepest Companion and Friend, The Beloved.

It is possible that I may have done this ordinary mystic thing before.  It feels much better now that both the ordinary me and mystical me have found each other.  Before this time, I had lots and lots of indications that major parts of my life were out of balance.  I had chronic, deeply serious back pain for 18 years.  I spent a lot of time defending myself whether I was leading a workshop or managing a dorm of 55 adolescent girls.  I spent a great deal of time, it seems to me now, getting angry at even the tiniest challenge to my right to be fully independent, competent and powerful as a woman.  I more than once laid into my brothers or my dad, men of the deep South, if they even hinted that I was “just a girl”.

I did not suffer fools gladly.  In fact, I embraced confrontation on a regular basis.  But all this was very wearing.  It was not fun and it was certainly not in balance.  So, there was a warrior spirit alive and well within me long before there was a peaceful spirit revealed.  Perhaps that had to be, so that I could even find a mystical path.  For the signs to introspection are not easily seen, nor culturally supported, nor readily embraced by most humans in body.  However, for whatever reason, I was pulled into a greater and greater balance in part, a great part, by my eldest son.

Our first child, a son,  came as the happiest, smiling person one could imagine.  We even called him smiley face, a lot.

When he was 10 he had what was considered routine surgery for a benign cyst in his jaw, discovered during the process of getting braces.  That began our odyssey into the world of medicine, fear, pain, loss, trauma and anguish.  When he came out of the surgery, he was a completely different person energetically.  He had lost his smile and many other aspects of his personality.  He was unable to study, focus, go to school, go to sleep or interact with anyone at all, in the way he had before.  He had so loved his lego creations and had spent hours creating happily by himself.  After the surgery, he would sit and simply not be able to create anything.  He was glum and withdrawn.

The surgeon declared the surgery a full success.  We knew differently however.  We were the ones sitting with him as he cried and raged 2-4 hours every day for months and months, and months.  We were the ones sitting with him until 2 or 3 in the morning when he might or might not fall asleep.

The first year, we saw 27 doctors and psychologists trying to get help.  I stopped my work to take care of him.  I had to. He was out of school for months and had all types of strange new behaviors.  He would suddenly freeze and stare as if blinded like a deer caught in the headlights.  He would fall down and shake or sometimes he would simply withdraw and not be able to converse.

We went and went, searching for medical help and the going wore us all out.  After 12 months our son came to my husband and me  one night and said he could not go to any more doctors, they were not helping him.  I cried myself to sleep that night with the deep fear that we would never find someone to help us if he would not go anymore to doctors.  We had been having great toughs of war for the past 3 months about going to doctors at that time.

In a great state of fear, I thought the only thing left for us was to really, really pray together, out loud and ask God to help us.  We had done all we could possibly do ourselves and it was not working.  Amazingly, my husband and I had not actually sat down together and prayed about this with God in the past year since it had all begun.  We did pray together, out loud and things began to change almost immediately.  At the time, we really did not know what had actually happened to our son.  He had had the surgery and then had to take his braces off and he had to go to eye therapy after the surgery but we had no sense of the source of the imbalances for him.

After our evening of praying together, however, we were led just a surely as if God took us by the hand out of the dark times into the Light.

Our son took 2 years to appear mostly healed to us with some remaining remnants of those times still showing up for the next 12 years or so.  This experience catapulted me completely and wholly into spiritual healing.  Our experience dramatically affected our entire household in the most profound and unexpected ways.  We each know Spirit in individual and specific ways because of what we all went through together.

Come forward with me 16 years and here is what I have learned spiritually.

Spiritual health is THE basis of all health , happiness and well being.  Spiritual health and physical health are one and the same though we do not live our lives this way, for the most part.  We still think of healing and health as a physical phenomenon.  We still act as if the recurring pain we have originates in the body.  We and most of the medical profession look at health strictly through the lens of the body.

Our bodies are the encasing of our consciousness, of our knowing of All That Is.  Every nerve, fiber, cell and pathway daily reflects our sense of peace as well as our sense of anxiety.  Our bodies are no more than the outer casing for our consciousness.  We either exude joy, peace and delight or we exude burden, stress and regret and everything in-between.  The choice is ours.  We are our thoughts, our feelings, our traumas, our fear and our hopes all rolled into one bundle, we know as the body.

One day I received a phone call from Violet Patterson(pseudo name).  She introduced herself and shared that a friend had give her my name.  She had been recently diagnosed with a tumor in her kidney which was cancerous and she asked for support in responding to this situation.  We talked for a while.  She said that she was happily married, with children and that her family was very close.  She shared that she had always been a positive, healthy person.  This had come out of the blue and was so unexpected.  She had no symptoms and she shared that this condition had been discovered while having other medical tests.

She was in the process of researching medical procedures open to her.  We agreed that I would work with her long distance due to all of the medical appointments she was having at that time.  I said that I would keep her informed of what took place.   A few days later, I had a healing energy session with Violet’s energy, long distance.  I opened a sacred healing space in my home for Violet, who was elsewhere and worked with the Divine Presence/Holy Spirit/Consciousness of  Divine Beings to call in healing energy for her.

Dear Violet,

There was vibrational healing energy shifts today regarding the cancerous tumor in your kidney.  I understand that a virus you contracted went ” off course” and produced this cancerous tumor. The causes behind the attraction of this virus were cleared. The virus is now inactive.  Further, all blocked fear and spiritual energy which is manifesting as the cancerous tumor at the skin level and blood level was also cleared.  There was clearing for the originating blocked energy sources in all cases. There was an image of intense Light penetrating the entire affected kidney from all directions to begin the healing process.  What this means is that the tumor can now shrink and I hope that will begin immediately.

In any case at the spiritual, unseen level, the body made a huge jump from 42 megahertz of vibration, indicating cancer to 62 megahertz which is within the normal range of human vibration.  This does not mean that the tumor is gone in your body, because I work on the spiritual level, the unseen level.  Healing is first indicated at the spiritual level though and works it way through the body until the healing can manifest in our tissues.

You may therefore have detox in the form of tiredness or even pain from the body sloughing off toxins at the physical level.  That can look like bowel or elimination changes, tiredness or aches in one place or throughout the body or other symptoms as well such a rashes, thirst, etc.  These are the most common but anything out of the ordinary can be detox.  If something strange does show up and you are wondering if you are in detox, send me an email and I will check the energy and let you know.

It was also shared that taking cranberry pills, over the counter and drinking 100% cranberry juice 3-4 times daily will help the kidney in elimination of toxins.  The cranberry juice can be gotten at MOM’s or Whole Foods for 100% juice. You will also need to combine it with another juice like apple so that you can drink it because it is very sour and yet it is better for the kidneys in this elimination to have low sugar.

If you mix with another juice, drink 100% juice without added sugar. You can also eat dried cranberries as well.  You should consider taking the pills and the juice for at least 7-10 days. Begin as soon as you can to help your body detox.  We can check and see when to stop when this gets closer to that time.

When the vibration of the body rises, the toxins that have been holding at one level of the vibration of the body, slough off because they can’t remain anymore in the new higher level of vibration.

This is all great news.  Some of the cancers that I have worked with have begun with viruses.  These are not detectable as yet with our medical procedures but that is how they have been indicated for me to work with, so I share this with those of you where it is pertinent.  Give thanks to God in your own way as there is certainly a great deal of love and support for you in this situation.

All the best in your continued research.  I would just keep looking into options while the body heals.  When you come to a decision about how to proceed, I hope the tumor is much improved.  It may not be your path, to have the tumor completely disappear without surgery.  But it could happen. I never know about things into the future.  But I always hold the space for Divine Intervention and when that is possible for a person, it occurs.  Please keep me informed of how you are doing and what further information you get about your body if more comes through the medical tests, etc.

Hello Robbins.  I wanted to let you know my plans regarding my kidney.  I have decided to have a laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (removal of the tumor with a small margin) at NIH on Monday, January 11.  I was wondering if you could include me in your morning prayers, particularly since I’m fighting off a sore throat and don’t want to postpone the surgery!

Thank you again for your encouraging email.  I made a copy of it and carry it around with me.  Whenever I feel a little discouraged, I read it, and immediately feel better.     Violet

Hi Robbins.  I wanted to share with you my good news.  The surgery went very well and I am recovering nicely.  I just received news that the tumor is non-cancerous! Everyone, including my surgeon and family doctor, is very surprised as the tumor had all the appearances of being cancerous.  I couldn’t ask for a better outcome!  Thank you again for your thoughts, prayers and blessings.   Violet
