Guilt and Its Costs

Guilt is energy run amok.  Perhaps guilt comes about through the twisted thought that feeling guilty is a deserved response to a horrible choice we have made in the past.  Perhaps guilt is born when we have the feeling that we have let another person down.  Guilt can certainly surface when we know we have been seriously unkind or mean to another person or when we have indulged ourselves in ways that are bad for us.

Guilt serves you right... by Rob

Whatever its origins, Dr. David Hawkins author of  Power vs. Force says it is next to the lowest of all our emotional energies in vibration, just above shame.  Thus guilt is a energy drain on our being, physically, emotionally and mentally. Guilt is an emotion we have to chose to have and continue to hold and strengthen, by giving our power to it.

Elise is a medical intuitive.  She gives readings for people as a service for which she charges. Early in her career, Elise had a reading with a male, mid-sixties client and sensed energy imbalances on his arms.  She told him he had skin cancer and in this case, she was wrong about that diagnosis.  This was shared with her through an angry email which the client sent to her after he had had a skin biopsy taken of the places in question.  The client suggested she stop her readings if she was going to cause such upset for no reason.

In working with Elise five years later, she was still carrying deep guilt about this client. Elise was fearful about fully exploring and using her talents because she had been inaccurate other times as well.  This guilt was seriously interfering with her practice and desire to serve others.  My question to her was if perhaps she was picking up on cancer from another area of the client’s body.  She had had that very thought herself after the angry email arrived though with no way to pursue it.  Further, the client’s biopsies would have required a doctor’s approval so the client’s anger was somewhat misplaced.

When Elise asked in earnest for forgiveness for the impact of the inaccurate readings she had given in the past, the presence of guilt in her energy field cleared completely.  Then Elise was able to develop new information, safe-guards and protocols for the readings she wanted to offer. Elise’s taking on of the guilt was due to her own insecurities about her gift of intuition.  This is precisely why this situation was attracted to her, so these insecurities could be healed and she could move on.  It took 5 years to completely heal but that is a short time in eternity.

Where in your life are you taking on guilt?  Guilt is never useful and often masks the real steps that need to be taken to correct  a situation. Even if you feel guilty and responsible for your parents’ divorce or you lied or cheated and got some reward you did not earn,  guilt serves no good purpose for anyone. There is always an energy of the Light which will completely heal the feelings of guilt and remorse.  In Elise’s case, she needed to ask for forgiveness and receive it, in order to release the guilt.  In feeling guilty about one’s parents’ divorce, it is highly likely that shame about our own behavior or acute loss around the family unit is fueling feeling guilty about such a situation.  Misplaced energies can result seemingly in feelings of guilt.  If guilt lingers as a result of lying and getting some reward we have not earned, questions of self-worth and personal integrity can also be stirring the pot of guilt.

Remember, we take on guilt from a place of imbalance and we can set it down when balance is restored. Search for the real feelings and blocked energy masquerading as guilt.  There are always reasons we have chosen to hold onto guilt feelings. Guilt is something we allow in our energy fields and it does not support any good thing at all. In fact it is a major drain on our overall energy.  Guilt is a misplaced thought fueled by emotions of regret.

If you are feeling guilt energy, open a Sacred Space and ask yourself:

Why am I  holding onto this guilt energy?

Is there something I need to ask forgiveness for?

Is there some other energy I am carrying which is fueling or sustaining this guilt  energy?

What benefits am I getting by holding onto this guilt energy?

Then go into Silence and sit with Divine Knowing/Ascended Masters/All That Is, with these questions presented.  When you have done that, go about your life and wait until the desired insight is revealed to you.  It will present when you are ready to hear it.  The goal of identifying guilt energy is to ultimately release the blocked energy behind the feelings of guilt so that the guilt can also be released.

When you are ready to release blocked energy and guilt, ask Divine Presence:

to clear all blocked, stuck energy and  feelings from you energy field, masquerading as guilt

to clear all the guilt energy from you field

for forgiveness for all the pain you have caused self and others

to witness the thanks you are feeling for Divine Support

Then, write me and tell me about your experiences with casting out guilt.

Gratitude: for others, for our Earth

Gratitude and negativity can not exist at the same time.  Gratitude and worry can not hold the same space.  Neither can gratitude and anger,  blame or resentment coexist together. Therefore choosing the energy of gratitude is a life giving activity.

Smiling Buddha by elycefeliz

It fills up the places where draining energy might have dared to roam.  Being grateful takes us out of negative attention and connects us with Love.  Gratitude is a part of the large body of Love feelings which are available to us.   How can we cultivate gratitude?

One early step towards gratitude is to be aware of times and places when we are feeling angry and drained.  We have to train the mind to “jump the track” to gratitude when we are angry, frustrated or feeling simply down.  We can focus on that which is draining energy or that which is life affirming and the later creates good endorphins throughout the body. This then helps us glide through situations which might have snagged our good feelings in the past.  If we practice focusing on our blessings and on that for which we are grateful, we literally feed ourselves a diet of Love. This affects every single aspect of our lives, including our chemical balance, our ability to sleep soundly and our ability to attract mates or live peacefully with the mates we have.

Gratitude energy is of a very high vibration,  not simply the fleeting thought of gratitude but the real feeling of being grateful for the blessings we have.  This actually opens and strengthens our connection with the Divine Presence as well, because we begin to exude Love energy which attracts us to Divine Presence.   This is a totally awesome experience filled with love and support which can only improve our lives.

In fact, developing the choice for gratitude is a wonderful way to become closer and more connected with All That Is on many levels.  When we feel grateful or appreciative, we actually calm our nervous system. This brings us into greater balance and we cultivate the feelings of goodness and well being.  So the question is why would we not choose to live in this energy all the time?  Basically, fear.   Fear keeps us in a state of vigilance, anxiety, stress or all three. Fear and gratitude are not compatible with each other.

Beth kept feeling fear and anxiety for her son, Greg.  In fact, every time she thought of Greg, her body constricted due to her very real concerns about him.  She was afraid that he would suffer because of his excessive weight.  She was concerned that he was not happy in his job and she worried that his current relationship was unsupportive.  She was unable to think about Greg without a sense of deep sadness, worry and discomfort.  Their interactions began to suffer, become strained and eventually Greg did not want to see his mother very much at all.  This added to Beth’s  angst and generally sense of loss and impotence regarding her son.  She needed a change of thoughts and feelings regarding her son.

" Attitude ... Eye choose the left side " by gmayster01 .... Trying to keep up !

Beth began by writing down all the fears she was carrying about Greg and his life.  She named over 22 fears she had for her son.  She allowed as how it was probably impossible for him to come for a visit and not feel the energy of fear she had for him.  One by one, she began to call out the specific fears she had for Greg and turn them over to All That Is/Divine Oneness/God.  At the SAME time, she began to list the things she was grateful for about her son.  This was a much harder list to compile because she hardly ever thought in this way.  Eventually, though there was a complete shift in her thinking about her son.  She began to fill her thoughts with the energy of gratitude and this began to transform their time together and their relationship.  Love heals anything and gratitude is a form of Love, pure and simple.

Sunset at Theologos by Giorgos

This is also true about our Earth.  When we feel gratitude towards her beauty, it is a healing energy.  When we drink in the beauty of a sunset or bask in the warming rays of the sun or work with our flowers or food, and feel gratitude, we become a healing presence for Mother Earth.  It is harder to feel gratitude for our Earth if we are worrying about pollution, animal extinction, strip mining, insect imbalances, genetically enhanced foods, clear cutting, pesticides and dwindling oil supplies.  If this is your relation with our Earth, consider praying to Divine Presence to bring forth re-balancing energy for Mother Earth.  This is something we can readily do which can clear us of the draining energy of worry and concern.  This allows us to focus on the gratitude we feel for the beauty of the Earth, and we can stay in a state of gratitude for the other aspects of the Earth which feed our soul.

Prayer Process for our Earth

1. Open a Sacred healing circle with your highest I AM self, the Angelic Host and the Ascended Masters.  You can include any and all Divine Presence you want to help you hold the space.

2. Set the intention to call forth Divine Healing Energy for Planet Earth.

3. Clear you own concern, fear, anger or sense of outrage regarding Earth conditions which you know are particularly draining you.

Sacred Flame, I call forth my blocked emotional, mental, thermal (protective) and spiritual energy originating from this lifetime or from any previous lifetime which is manifesting as my outrage with the practices of strip mining I am seeing in West Virginia. ( fill in the blank for you)

4.  Call for the Sacred Flame, the Presence of All That Is which knows nothing but the Divine, to clear blocked energies manifesting as imbalances on our Earth.

Sacred Flame  (Divine Presence in this form)  clear the blocked emotional, mental, thermal and spiritual energies from our Earth from this century and from any previous centuries which are now manifesting as strip mining in West Virginia.  I call for energy of the Great I AM/Divine Presence/Mighty God to fill the strip mining industry with the perfect vibrations to bring strip mining into Right Relationship with All That Is.

5. My deep appreciation and lasting thanks.

In the process of clearing our blocked energy and blocked energy from other sources, we ourselves benefit greatly by being able to remain in a state of gratitude.  When we are in a state of gratitude, this grows and blesses all whom we meet and all we come in contact with including our Sacred Planet.

How Does Spiritual Healing Work?

Spiritual healing is the healing of the unseen energy in our energy field.  It is not magic!  We know that we are out of balance if we become angry or afraid about something in our lives.  Anger, fear, shame and guilt each have a unique vibration which is different from the vibrations of joy, laughter, contentment and love.  When we carry anger in our energy field regardless of its origin, the vibration of anger permeates our body.  That vibration leaves our body when we reach resolution regarding the anger.  Or, the anger vibration may remain in our energy field for years,  if it is not completely resolved, released or the person forgiven, who is related to the anger.  Spiritual healing is the process of releasing blocked energy which is not serving us well in our lives.

Spiritual healing recognizes that our thoughts, feelings, actions, memories, experiences and bodies are all one interrelated flow of energy impacting each other in thousands of ways every day. This is the mind, body, spirit connection. Every thought and feeling we have resonates throughout our bodies.   If we experience trauma, sadness, abuse, fear, abandonment,  our body registers this emotional content in the body.  When we are stressed, out of balance, we are more vulnerable to contract infection, virus, parasites, etc.  When we are out of balance emotionally or mentally, this ALWAYS shows up in our bodies, sometimes immediately and sometimes years later but it ALWAYS shows up.

The way to stay healthy and in balance is to do our inner work. This  work most powerfully consists of  identifying and releaseing blocked emotional, mental and spiritual energy which is manifesting as pain, hurt, anger, broken relationships, poor communications, repeating confrontations, back pain, cancer, ADHD, depression, infections, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. and all other types of imbalances in our physical bodies.

Each and every one of us is here to learn to be in greater states of Peace and Joy. Some of us recognize this and others among us do not.   We can choose to ignore our inner work but eventually we have to do the work to find Peace and Contentment in our daily lives.   We can spend lifetimes on the externals of what others think of us, on material possessions and on public attributes of prestige and success.  The externals however have next to nothing to do with feeling successful, peaceful and balanced inside.   The goal of spiritual healing is Peace and Wholeness inside. Then our lives, our relationships, our jobs and our bodies come into greater and greater balance.

Inspiration by h.koppdelaney

When we release deep sadness, un-forgiveness, resentment, hatred, judgement, shame, fear, etc. our minds and bodies come into greater balance.  When I open a sacred space, I call Divine Presence into this dimension to work with me to help others who are in need.  As I begin to work with another,  I don’t know in my “human mind” exactly what blocked energy may be manifesting as infection, inflammation, Parkinson’s, Alzheimers, Crohns or Grave’s Disease.   I do know that some set of blocked energy is manifesting as imbalance in the body.   I also know that Divine Knowing knows all. Through listening, with the intent to come into balance, we will learn to identify the imbalances and then they can be cast out of our energy fields allowing the body to heal.

Some people come to me for a “quick fix”. Those rarely manifest.  We have to steadfastly seek to connect with Divine Energy because the outer world is more visible, more tangible and seemingly more real to many of us.  Until we have real experience with Divine Presence, the thought of this Presence is a vague possibility.  We can experience Divine Presence though other people, nature, creations, etc. but we have to eventually go inside and have a dialog with Divine Presence and ourselves to find Divine Connection. God/Divine Presence/All That Is  is within.  Our  I AM Presence, the part of us which is wholly connected and balanced, is within.   If we seek with the attitude that we will get our body fixed and go right on with our behaviors and thoughts which have brought us to imbalance,  we won’t be able to sustain any form of balance, mentally or physically.

Our bodies and more importantly our souls won’t allow us to be out of balance without letting us know in very powerful ways. We get as many chances as we need to release resentment, rage, blame, self-punishment and un-forgiveness but there is no way to fool the body into balance.  We come into balance when we are done with giving our power and attention to negative energy which is manifesting as imbalance.

At the Gate by h.koppdelaney

At the Gate by h.koppdelaney

To Begin Inner Spiritual Healing Work:

1. Relax into Silence with the spoken intent to connect more deeply with Divine Presence.  I intend to connect with Divine Presence.  I open a Sacred Space for healing and wholeness. Wait there a while and be.

2. Identify a negative draining thought, feeling or emotion which is in your immediate energy field such as rage, for example.  Or name the diagnosed imbalance you want to clear blocked energy for,  such as breast cancer.

3. State aloud with conviction,  With the Energy of the Most High, I command out the blocked core source of the rage I am feeling, (of the breast cancer, I am manifesting) through all time and space, with the intent to come into greater Balance and Peace.   I affirm my desire to connect more deeply with Divine Presence in my life.

4. I offer my deepest thanks for this support and for the power of this healing within me.

__________

It may seem easier to get medical drugs, therapies and pills to take care of a situation. However, the same imbalances that brought the last sinus infection, the last back ache, the last heart attack, the last cancer stay with us unless we release the thoughts and feelings that have caused the imbalances in the first place. We get all the chances we need to come into balance.  If you want to be done with chronic imbalance, go inside.  Work with Divine Presence with the intent of creating more Peace and Balance, Health and Wholeness.  All healing modalities can be supported and strengthened with inner spiritual work.  Release that which you know is out of balance and all else will follow.

Begin Today.  Sit today in Silence and cast out that which is manifesting as imbalance in your life. Repeat these processes frequently until the negative emotions have left your being or until the physical imbalance is re-balanced.  Healing comes a little at a time.  Keep calling out the imbalances, a little at the time.

Why Silence?

Here are some folks questioning the purpose and experience of Silence, being answered by folks who have tried Silence and find It working for them.  These answers are paraphrases from individuals in my meditation and healing practice.

Why would you ever sit in Silence when there are ever so many other more interesting things to do?

Because in Silence, nothing is expected of me.  In Silence, I feel at ease, safe with no one asking anything of me. Perhaps that is a lot like hiding but when I come out of it, I don’t feel like I have run away.  I feel like I have run towards something that perhaps I don’t fully get but I know is great and it feels trust worthy.  Also, increasingly, the myriad of “interesting things” in my life is not helping me become more peaceful.   As long as I “do things”, I feel worthy, productive, competent and focused.  I feel more in control.  However when I stop, I know I am not in control.  It feels good to sit in Silence where there are no control games going on or even the pretense of those running in the background.  I love to do this in the woods, or at the beach.   It seems like a whole other way of  being.

lecluse #1 by [le]doo
l’ecluse #1 by [le]doo

I don’t see myself ever seeking Silence because my mind won’t settle down when I stop running from one thing to another.  There never seems to be any peace in Silence for me.

When I first stopped doing, thinking, running around, working,  to enter into Silence , my mind only knew how to keep thinking thoughts.  That is exactly what it continued to do.   I focused on my breath going in and out or sometimes on a candle flame or on the blank wall, and let my mind go.  Eventually , my thoughts silenced themselves because I gave them no attention.  Then real peace set in.  I would find myself  simply swirling along, not aware of time at all.  There is a great sense of floating at times and of taking a real break from demands, lists, concerns and responsibilities.  When I come out,  I am usually more centered and less frantic.  I’d like to be free of worry and concerns,  all day long.  In the meantime, I am getting healthier, while I practice getting there.

What could possibly be in Silence that I can’t get from putting my energy and efforts on what I like to do?

…perhaps a space where just being is a nice state.   It is a great relief to be able to sit in Silence and simply be there.  It is like taking a short nap for me.  I usually come out refreshed and feeling lighter.  I have no idea how that happens but I experience it again and again.  What I find in Silence is more space to be.  If I find that I can’t get away from issues and stuff from my daily life, I name them out loud and escort them back “outside the doorway to the Silence” and leave them there.  They are always there when I finish my quiet time but they are often different in ways, less pressing or I have some clarity about how to respond.  I really don’t know how this works, but it does.   I don’t get this type of refresher in the day just running around doing things on my list.  I like the sense of entering Silence and coming out of it, both.  It works for me.

Why would I ever consider Silence, I don’t like to be alone usually and I find it boring in the extreme.

Intentional Silence is completely different from being alone.  For me, I go into Silence to connect with a Greater Whole which I don’t fully get but know is probably there.  I never feel alone because I go with the intention of connecting with Divine Energy.   I don’t know about boring.  I did have to learn to be still and listen to the Silence.  There is a different kind of knowing there which I am slowly getting.  In the beginning though, it was simply a place of Peace for me.

Silence!!! by Pardesi*

I don’t like Silence because I don’t know what to expect and I can’t really figure out what I am suppose to be doing there.

That is a great reason to keep going there.  We don’t know what to expect most of the time in life.  I often get thrown when things do not go as I expect.  In Silence, I simply sit and am quiet and things happen in that space in a very different way than in my daily life.  I get the sense that the hardest issues for me to learn can be learned there.  I often get gentle nudges or hunches which help me when I leave that space.  I don’t know what I am supposed to be doing there for sure, but I go there because I feel better when I do.  I get to be there doing nothing, having no rights or wrongs in that space.  When I come out, I am more able to roll along with things rather than feeling I need to control them.   That has been great for me.

When my doctor asked me how I brought my blood pressure down without medicine after 10 years of it being too high, I told him through spiritual clearing and healing in Silence.  He just rolled his eyes.

But really, that is what I did.  I began sitting in Silence and when things came up which were stressful, I named them usually as a fear,  called out the blocked energy around them and asked for them to be consumed from my energy field. This process has worked for me, big time. Then I usually enjoy my Silence after I do my release work.  My blood pressure I guess was related to all the stress I was  carrying when I got angry, irritated or frustrated.  Maybe my cells just settled down as all those things left my energy field, who knows.  Anyway, my doctor is happy and I think I am a lot healthier all around.  ( for more on how to name and release) http://www.robbinshopkins.com/2009/09/calling-out-impatience-part-2/

Other Responses to Why Silence?

When I finally got to entering Silence on my own, I found it amazing that when I came out, I was clearer about the issues I was facing even though they were not specifically addressed by me in that Silence.

I found myself always making excuses for myself as to why I was drinking too much until in Silence I found a place to connect in stillness and within the quiet.  I then began to be able to consider getting help for my drinking habits.

When I was really lost, in a situation I was completely confounded by, doing things that were unfamiliar and sometimes unpleasant for me, I could always take 5 minutes in Silence and know I was still connected to the Greater Whole.

When I got to Silence even for a short time daily,   I began to see that my temper was less explosive and my language was more even, even the curse words dropped out in time.  Some type of peace was coming over me just by a few minutes in Silence.

Tjosvoll Vest by Vinje
Tjosvoll Vest by Vinje

Try Silence for several days, a few minutes at the time and then keep giving it to yourself, as a gift.  You are actually giving Divine Presence/Greater Whole/All That Is/your “I AM Presence” a chance to send you Love so that you will have more Light to bring to your body, your affairs and your thoughts. Love creates Light which heals us completely.  Sometimes we just aren’t creating enough Love of our “I AM Presence”/own True Self /Core Eternal Being  for us to generate enough Light to feel balanced, centered, content and whole.  When you enter into Silence:

1. set an intention ( say it out loud)  to connect with All That Is

2. to receive healing Love

3. to experience inner Peace, with time

When you leave Silence give thanks for whatever happened for you in that time, regardless of whether you think if was good or bad, well done or botched, helpful or unhelpful.  Appearances often deceive us.  Being in Silence with these intentions is ALWAYS HEALING even if we can’t see it in the beginning or on a specific day.

Calling Out Impatience, part 2

If you are reading this blog for the first time or after a while away, read the previous post before reading this one, as they go together.  Go to http://www.robbinshopkins.com/2009/09/patience-is-love-of-self-part-1/.

It is possible to focus on impatience within ourselves and rout it out! This concept though came to me slowly over a long period of time.  I awoke gradually to the implications of naming what was causing me distress, imbalance and friction in my life.  Here are some concrete examples of how to name impatience and command it out of our field.

A Half and a Third of the Sky by Shamanic Shift

A Half and a Third of the Sky by Shamanic Shift

Before doing this work or any other of a spiritual nature, open a sacred healing space. I do this by inviting my Highest I AM Self , the Angelic Host, the Nature Intelligences, the Ascended Master of all traditions, the Comic Light Being of the Highest Light, Divine Physicians who can work with me today.  Do what works for you.

When impatience is manifesting in our lives in the present time, we usually know it is present.  We sometimes carefully and cleverly ignore it, make excuses for it or downright deny we are being impatient.  This is a process when you are ready to honestly face the energy of impatience within.

1. The first step is to NAME the settings, interactions, situations  where we are feeling impatient with ourselves or others. It looked like this for me.  Getting up every morning, stomping around the house looking for my hair brush and cursing about never being able to find anything, repeatedly, day after day when I had to go to work!!

Also, even though you can quickly and decisively name impatience in others, that does you absolutely no good.  You can only change that pattern in yourself.   Your own healing of this imbalance will affect those around you.

What does impatience look like in your life?  How does it specifically manifest? Pick one instance where you have been impatient with self or others, to further explore.

2. A second step in this process is to  name all the ways impatience in the situation you have named is  benefiting  you.  For me, it benefited me because it allowed me to get out my impatience with myself in a safe private environment before I was publicly at work.   The ranting also kept me in touch with my power, as distorted as that was, because I felt trapped by the daily routine of going to that job.  Giving power to my impatience provided me a forum to rail without any perceived consequences to myself.   I could let loose and not hurt anyone but myself.

How does the impatience in the situation you have identified,  benefit you?  What pay offs are your getting from you impatience in this situation?

3. The third step is to consider the costs of this continued set of behaviors to yourself and to others. In my case, it was very unpleasant for my husband to witness this self-condemnation on my part every morning I had to work.  Though I seemed to be getting in touch with what I thought of as power, really, I was venting my impatience with myself  all over the house.  This made it very difficult to get to work with grace and ease, actually, next to impossible.  I don’t think grace and ease were even in my vocabulary at the time.

What are the costs to yourself and to others of continuing with this form of impatience with yourself or others?

4. The fourth area to explore is what specific fears are fueling the impatience with self or with others. In my case, my fears were of losing the “me” I liked, by being in a job I was not happy with.  Another fear was that I was losing my sense of my 0wn power by needing to “fit in” to the organization where I was working.  Another fear was of never getting to where I could really make a difference through what I was doing.

What specific fears are fueling the impatience with self or with others?

When the fears are specifically named, you are ready to decide if you would like these to leave your energy field for good. If so, continue with the next section for how to do that.  If not, perhaps you can return to this when you feel ready to release the fears manifesting in your life as impatience with self or others.

Clearing the energy behind impatience.

There are a few basic concepts which will support this clearing of blocked energy manifesting as impatience. The first is that impatience is not an eternal energy.  It is not of the family of love and therefore is fleeting, passing and is not a permanent fixture of our own true selves.  We may have this trait for months, years or lifetimes but none the less, it is a passing trait which we can release if we are so inclined. Secondly, we have the deep knowing of All That Is within us.  We are one with God/The Great Oneness/All That Is.  We may not feel we are connected to this knowing, but we are.  We need to claim this connection and releasing that which is not of love, in any form, strengthens that connection on our side.  From the “other side” that connection is constant, everlasting and steadfast. Thirdly, if we command blocked energy out of our field, it will go. Until you have experience doing this, you have to simply do it and see.  Then the experience of cleared energy will be known to you in this time and space and the process will become easier over time.

The clearing process begins with intent.  One day I decided that I no longer wanted impatience in my energy field.  Thus began a series of letting go and clearing of impatience energy from all areas of my life.   I imagine there is still more to do but the backlog has been addressed!   We get as many chances as we need.  We can do the work now or do the work later.  This is a loving step towards claiming the power and peace of our own true selves.  Every one of us is capable of being patient with ourselves and others.  We simply need to call out the blocked energy manifesting as impatience and call forth love to replace it.

Steps to Clear Impatience from you Field

1.  Reopen your sacred healing space or restate your intent to work within that space if you have already opened it that day.  ( see above)

2.  Call forth the sacred flame from within you.

This flame is the form of God, All That Is, the Great Oneness which is within each of us.  It knows nothing beyond the Presence of God.  It is the energy of our own I AM Energy and of the Great I AM Energy in the same moment.  Further, the Sacred or Eternal Flame is constant, all powerful, all knowing and everywhere present.  We are in good hands with this image of Divine Oneness!  Say, “I call forth the Eternal Flame from within me.”

3.  Call out all the blocked fear energy you have identified in your field which is manifesting as impatience.  Say something like, ” Sacred Flame consume the blocked fear of ______ which is manifesting as impatience with myself and others. ”  You can call out all the specific fears you have identified from Step 4  above, at the same time.

4.  Call out the core of the blocked energy from the specific year, month and day of its inception into you field.  Say something like, ” I call forth this blocked fear of ____________  from all time and space from the specific year, month and day of its inception into my energy field which is now manifesting as impatience with myself and with others.  Consume the original blocked energy source of this impatience from my energy field totally and completely.”

All that can go in the given day, will leave your energy field.  However, you may have to repeat this process many times until the manifestation of all impatience leaves your field.  Each time you do this, more and more blocked energy will leave your field forever!

5. Call in the Presence of Divine Love in the place where the fear has been. Say something like, I call forth the Presence of Divine Love into my thinking, feeling, acting self  where this blocked fear energy has resided manifesting as impatience with myself and others.

6.  Give thanks for the loving support of the sacred healing space.  Say something like, Thank you so much for this opportunity, for the clearing and for the reconnection with Divine Love.

Blessing to all who come this way!  If you try this process, share your results with us here that we may witness each other’s efforts and share in the energy of seeking greater Peace individually and collectively.  If you do not see the “reply box”  here, click on the Title and you will be taken to the Internet space to leave a comment.
